Our backyard was an absolute mess and as a result we barely used it. We got in touch with Lone Star Turf, had a great consultation and decided we wanted to move forward. Fast forward a few weeks later and we could not be more thrilled with the finished product! Lone Star was so great to work with and the entire experience was top notch! Would love to share our experience with Lone Star Turf, however they have still not accepted responsibility for the damages caused to my neighbor’s car while completing the job. Lone Star Turf is blaming the sub-contractor, who they hired, and it’s been a back-and-forth of finger-pointing for weeks.
Lone Star, you hired the sub, you need to take ownership of this issue and resolve it ASAP. Brandon, stop dodging my neighbor’s calls and assist him.
Once this issue is resolved to his satisfaction I will update this review accordingly.
UPDATE: As the owner mentioned in his reply, the "next steps" he wants my neighbor to take is to file a police report because they still refuse ownership of the mistake and want him to "prove it." While this was never actually communicated to my neighbor from Lone Star, I informed him and he is now taking those actions. This all seems a bit overboard for an issue that could have been resolved more amicably and timely.

I recently had Lonestar turf of Austin come to my house in Waco, Texas, and installed astroturf and a putting green in part of my backyard. We have a dog that always got into the mud in my backyard where I wasn’t able to grow grass. I no longer have to worry about that plus, I never had to mow my yard or water it again. Their install crew was a very professional. They showed up on time on the day that it was scheduled and got the project done in one day. What a difference it made. I love spending time in my backyard now plus I have my own private putting green. I highly recommend going with Lonestar turf of Austin.

Patrick and his team did a fantastic job walking me through my options of different turf products so I could make an informed decision on the best turf. Faust was very knowledgeable and taught me some benefits of turf I was unaware of. He also laid out my yard electronically so I could see real time what the end product would look like. They installed the turf in a couple days and the finished product is amazing.

Lone Star Artificial Turf truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly fast, completing the project quicker than I could have imagined (2 days), without sacrificing quality. The team was efficient and delivered an absolutely stunning result. My yard has never looked better! My son couldn't wait to run and play on it? after having such a gloomy yard with hard grass, it felt amazing to run barefoot in the backyard. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to invest in their home! 0 regrets on our end.

Patrick and Lone Star Turf are truly fantastic. They arrive on time, they are happy to answer questions, the customer service is excellent, and the fees are very reasonable.
