Called them to get a new renter’s insurance today. Told them my existing one was with another agent which was supposed to be cancelled 3 months ago and the backdated cancellation was in progress. So I didn’t want to touch that.
They said “I got you” twice, took my information, and said they would call me back in a few minutes. Next thing I know the agent with whom the cancellation was in flight gives me a call to confirm my cancellation and asks me if I need another renters insurance. Logan’s office never calls me back.
Understandable that these agents usually know each other so they communicate but this whole thing felt extremely toxic. It felt like I had no privacy or the freedom to take my business elsewhere.

My mom bought a new car and needed insurance fast!
My mom says Erica Guerra Pina was the best representative she could have hoped for!
She was not only kind, but very patient when helping my mom understand her benefits and what they would cover.
I automatically love anyone who is nice to my mama
Erica is a 10/10 in my book♥️

Logan Blackford. State Farm. Is the worst company. Special those people. Who working inside the office. Makes changing.Looks like racist.I,am hoping the headquarter. Starting investigation . Their employees only the in charges. Dudes.Please do not go to them. They’re not Honestly with customers. Looks like they take extra money. Like stealing.Also at the End of contract they will tell you we are not able to renew your contract again.Bad experience from State Farm do not waste time.

I've been a customer of this State Farm agency office since 2007, and while I have always appreciated this location's great service, it has stepped up to 11 with the recent leadership of Logan Blackford. Logan has been a stellar, reliable, and customer-focused agent. He has been consistently objective, speedy, and caring with any guidance or information he provides. Agents like Logan make the sometimes difficult relationship with an insurance company actually pleasant!

It was wonderful I got my quote awhile back and called her today to get insurance set up!! and loved the how helpful agent was her name is@Erica G Pina. I had a a lot of questions and she answered all of them with no problem! Super helpful and really nice she was very clear with her words and understanding definitely a keeper as an agent 10/10 recommend
