Was only there for spa so not sure on rooms. But valet provided great service, thank you Johnathan . We came over for a spa day and was greeted with smiles, services were great. Friendly staff.

Hotel gym has Pilates reformer machines, peloton bikes, a core align machine, and all the normal stuff with a fabulous view! The locker rooms are very clean and are shared with the spa so they offer a very relaxing vibe. Valet and reception staff are top tier. They even give dog treats and waste bags for your pup. Very nice hotel, very well trained and accommodating teams running it. The only weird thing is the layout of the bathrooms which only have a door for the toilet but no privacy for showering or using the sink.

Safety: Valet staff are mindful of the high volume of traffic in the area and remind you to turn off the car before leaving it with them.
Walkability: City hall stage is right behind the hotel and easy to get to. In the heat of the day, I recommend driving to the dog parks but
