Besides being slow and charging by the hour...breaking some lamps and all of our glasses and plates packed in boxes, we did not get our refund back either.Think twice about hiring these guys.

I have used Lion and Longhorn Movers twice now. Both times have been outstanding. I have never written a Yelp review but I want to take the time and let people know what a great company this is. I purchased a large bedroom set at an estate sale and it had to be moved out within a couple of days. I contacted Victor who was quick to reply with a very reasonable quote and he arranged his schedule to accommodate the need to move out the furniture quickly. He and his assistant arrived at the location with furniture pads and all the necessary moving accessories and an appropriate sized moving truck. The furniture was upstairs and Victor and his assistant cover the stairs and railing with pads to avoid damage. This is the type of customer service Victor known for. They did a miraculous job covering the furniture to prevent damage and moving the heavy bedroom set down the stairs. This was extremely heavy furniture. Victor was happy to accommodate us when we added another another mattress set to the move. He delivered and unloaded the furniture with as much care as he did from the move location. Victor is a honest, caring, businessman who does an extraordinary job moving items for his customers. I wish more companies were like his. I will never use another moving company.

After calling multiple moving companies from Google for a quote I switched to Yelp where I found Lion & Longhorn Movers based off the 5 star reviews and Austin local business feel. As a result I had the smoothest move from Austin to Dallas all thanks to Victor and his team! They came by in the morning and quickly loaded everything in the truck then at the destination quickly unloaded everything. Prior to this moving day I felt so stressed and now that I'm moved in I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders. He knows what he's doing and really cares about his clients. I definitely plan to use his services again when I'm back in Austin next year. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and work ethic. Support local Austin businesses if you can.

The Victor and Jose were extremely accommodating with my schedule. They work very diligently, are courteous, and careful. Overall great experience.
