Limbo has become my new Austin favorite! I own three pieces now, and I intend to add many more! Their pieces are not only handmade, very close to the shop I found out, but they are so unique, so dainty, yet make such a statement! I consistently receive compliments on them, and I cannot wait to grow my collection! I am extremely sensitive to nickel, and these pieces don't cause me a single issue, even in the summer heat! On our last trip into the store, the owner, and wife of the creator, was there, and she was so kind and genuine, such a pleasure to be around! She welcomed our pups into the store with us, and even made sure they had snacks, much to their appreciation. She made sure to include extra earring backs for me, and assured me of their warranty, should I ever need it!

I want to leave a 5 star review for this place so badly but I bought two pieces of jewelry from them, both absolutely lovely, and I've had trouble with both of them. I bought a beautiful dainty pair of hoop earrings and they broke the second time I wore them. Thankfully, they offered repairs but we were visiting so coordinating a drop off and ship was weird and annoying. They wanted me to pay for shipping for earrings that broke the second time I wore them! They did go ahead and waive the shipping fee for me so that was nice. I also bought this beautiful bracelet with a texas on it and it has bent beyond repair. I woke up one night and it was bent in half and I had to take it off and bend it the right way to get it back to the general shape it was supposed to be. As you can see from the picture, the metal has been bent in a few different directions. So frustrating because their jewelry is beautiful. If you're gonna spend $180 on jewelry, you'd expect it to be of a certain quality and it was just not there. 3 stars because it's beautiful and they're repairing it for me.

Bracelet is nice, but was delivered two weeks past the promise date. I had also paid for expedited shipping. Upon reviewing the tracking information, it had been shipped well after I placed my order. I had to purchase something else for my girlfriends birthday elsewhere. Store would not respond to request to cancel delivery or return item. Reached out via phone (no answer) and email (no answer)

I went in to exchange jewelry my husband had gotten for our anniversary. Customer service was great and they took care of me without receipts on hand. They let me try on every piece I liked and didn't feel pressured or rushed. I didn't realize they have a lifetime warranty on their pieces and have been jn business for 20+ years. Might be a little pricey but the warranty is worth it.

I was able to get something from here recently and I love it. I came for Danneel honestly, but I'm so happy I was able to purchase something. Quality line, for sure! I ordered online with everything that's going on but also because I don't live in Texas, but it was a lovely experience. I was treated with such care by the customer service team. Hopefully I can order something else in the future!
