I'm at my heaviest weight right now so I am very self conscious and quite frankly embarrassed about my physical state. I had my onboarding stretch session with Jarrod Johnson and it was THE BEST session! He is very easy to talk too and I NEVER felt judged, uncomfortable, embarrassed, or ashamed. He was able to loosen up my right leg and for the first time, in over a year, I was able to get out of my vehicle and not have pain run up my leg! He's very knowledgeable and isn't pushing to get a sale out of you -- just very real. I look forward to seeing him at the gym and get more stretch sessions in!

We joined in January and have really enjoyed being members. So many family opportunities under one roof. Kids Academy workers are great, front desk employees are always helpful and cheerful, and everything is so clean compared to other gyms where we've been members. So many opportunities for equipment and classes as well!

UPDATE: Since leaving a bad review and speaking to a few members of concierge and management they have addressed many of the issues. Hopefully this is not just a temporary change in addressing issues and is sustained moving forward. I have updated the review from 1 star to 3 star for time being.INITIAL REVIEW: One of the worst Lifetime’s I have been too. From the outdated equipment to the overall bad cleanliness of the club this by far has been my worst experience and I have been a member for almost 17 years! When you bring up concerns to the staff they act as if it’s not of importance. Locker rooms are dirty, majority of equipment is dirty. Sad to see such an “expensive” gym go so down hill. The prices continue to go up and the quality and overall experience continue to decline at a fast rate! This is coming from a “die-hard” lifetime member and former trainer who has seen every level of management at Lifetime gyms!

I'm giving 4 stars because the front desk staff is so awesome, and they fixed the sauna which is great and it's always at a good hot temperature. That being said, it is absolutely not ok how a couple staff members, not sure what there called, housekeeping, operations or whatever will talk to you and some of the comments they make. You just can't talk to people like that. Condescending, sarcastic, rude, bossy, seriously how do these guys work there? The tone they talk to people needs to be addressed. That being said, there's a couple of them that are awesome. I feel like it should be easy to know which ones are which

Great facilities. Semi-shady membership policy.Whenever you request to cancel a month-to-month plan, they only process the cancelation 30 days later. So, you're essentially being punished for failing to remember the fine print in the membership contract.I understand that gyms make money off people who don't use the facilities, but this seems punitive. In the chaos of moving cities, one of the last things I'm thinking about is canceling my gym membership thirty days in advance. Now Lifetime has $130 of my money for services I can't use.

Amazing gym with fantastic amenities and in great condition, however, TERRIBLE WATER PRESSURE in the showers. You’ll be rinsing off for nearly 5 min

Best gym I’ve ever belonged to. Staff is great. Gym is clean and the facilities are excellent. The pool in the summer is like going to a resort minus the cocktails.

South location is so much better it is crazy. This one has a lot less equipment and it is like they never turn on the air. Literally so humid and no airflow, almost like working out in the swamps of Florida. I'd probably like that more though, less people standing around in the way down there. For the price this gym is absolute garbage. If you don't really lift and just want a social club, this is definitely the place for you

Honest review here. Overall I find it to be overpriced and an underwhelming experience.I went in with high hopes. Lifetimes are supposed to be nice clubs — maybe not Equinox quality, but definitely a step above the rest. And the prices reflect that — $200/month (including tax!) is not cheap! However, what I found is an outdated club clearly showing its age. The men’s locker room had pools of water everywhere, the furniture was torn and outdated, towels strewn all over the floor, and dirty shower curtains. I was also disappointed to learn that the sauna and jacuzzi are shared by all members rather than unique to each locker room (not a big deal, but standard at other gyms). Some of the group fitness areas are also in the middle of the weight floors, and while classes are going on it is loud and chaotic.I am giving three stars due to the range of facilities here. There are spaces for a multitude of sports (even climbing) and a great variety of class schedules, including hot yoga which is rare at gyms.
