I needed a small space to store things when in town visiting grandkids. Life Storage came highly recommended and after a little research found this location with the perfect size climate controlled unit on the ground floor (at this location ALL units are on the ground floor). Thomas was so helpful and made the entire process to rent easy. I would definitely recommend this location on McNiel Drive for anyone wanting easy access to a storage unit.

The space was fine for what I needed and very accessible to grab anything I might need. This location on McNeil was not temp controlled and some boxes were warped after the hot Texas Summer. The Customer Service from Thomas was outstanding- he was very kind and helpful!

This is my second time to rent at this location. The staff is always polite and so helpful. I shopped around and you can not beat the great deals they offer. Units are clean as well as the property.

Call in staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable & patient (thank you Orlando!). Manager on site was equally amazing (thank you Thomas!). Building is clean, in great condition & I look forward to storing my things here. P.s. I actually switched here from where I had a reservation because I loved dealing with them AND they had better rates!!? Win, win!!
