I've been a client at Liberty Tax Services (Burnet Rd location only) for well over 10 years. My experience there has always been pleasant. As a matter of fact, I feel like family. Jim, the owner, is like a brother( from another mother), and his wife is such beautiful people. Alec did my taxes there this year, and she was a breath of fresh air. Love this location and will " ride with these guys until the wheels fall off." ? They know their stuff. Very knowledgeable group and very courteous. I've never had a bad experience. Love these guys.
