I rarely feel compelled to write retail store reviews but I had an amazing experience here. I told an employee what I was looking for, and they had me in a fitting room within 2 minutes with a few options. They were extremely fast and accommodating with finding new sizes. Found some great jeans :)

Jack is remarkably knowledgeable and helpful about the brand. From the moment I step into the store until I leave, I consistently receive top-notch customer service. For the best experience, I highly recommend visiting in person.

I got three jackets done around a month ago and thought id be able to get over my dislikes of all three but just cant. One I asked and told them the size of my name i wanted on the back and they did it about half the size that I asked and it makes the jacket look awkward to me. Second the patch placement isn't where they were asked to be on several patches on all three jackets. Really disapointed in my jackets which I pretty much feel stuck with.

I had a fantastic experience at Levi's in The Domain, thanks to David! He helped me find the perfect jeans and even searched online for other colors. Super helpful and friendly service—I'll definitely be back!

For the store itself and the level of service I would give a 5 star review. The associates were friendly and very helpful- normally I hate shopping for jeans but being able to describe what I want and just have someone grab them for me instead of searching made everything so easy.However, it was annoying that the price in-store was higher than the exact same style of pant on the webiste and the cashier just said that in-store was a higher quality product with no definitive description of how it was higher quality. I asked if it was a heavier fabric and she just said it was more sturdy and would last longer. This seems very weird to me- I've never been to a store where the physical store claimed a better product than the online store and charged more. They did end up signing me up for the loyalty program since that offered a 10% discount, so it didn't end up costing that much more- but now that I know my size I will probably buy online the next time around.

My loyalty to Levi’s jeans began as a small boy in the 1950s and has continued uninterrupted through today when I bought a pair at the store in the Domain.It the early days my choices were only the waist and size lengths. They had brads and buttons an were always dark blue. New ones were stiff as a board until they had been washed a few times. In the Texas heat my legs would be blue at the end of the day.After awhile they would look and feel great. I have also found them handy when there aren’t any towels in a public bathroom!Now there are thousands of choices of styles and colors to chose from. But these are not for me. The 501 ‘93 Straight I bought today fits perfectly and I won’t have to worry about blue legs!
