I go to this Ford dealer often to buy parts for my small mechanic shop. The guys there are the best. Super fast service. Experts in parts. My friends Rod and John always with the best attitude and patience. They both deserve a raise

Stood there for 10min while two gentlemen where on the phone. There was no acknowledgement of my presence, one of them even got off the phone and instead of letting me know he’d be with me went about his business. A manager even walked from the back to assist one of them and he too didn’t greet me. I’ll go spend me money somewhere else.
