“Worked all night and needed my clothes washed so I called about the wash and fold services they said the attendee wouldn’t be there until 9 so I was kind of bummed out until they told me to go ahead and leave my clothes and information and they would take care of it and sure enough my clothes were ready same day nice and crispy I appreciate yall for taking care of me yall will always have my business anytime I’m in Austin Tx!!!!!!”
“I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. “This is my neighborhood laundry matt & I love it. Some stuff might be outdated but it's convenient for this area! I'm reading other reviews talking about I wasn't shown different sizes there, well if you're not 1 of this privileged people you can see for yourself, it's not hard right on the machines, with no effort different sizes & options lol I've never had any problems here & the owner is super nice! It's as clean as it's going to get for the area there some homeless folks but they mind their business & don't bother anyone! It's a chill place overall!”

“This is a very clean and beautiful laundry Mat!!!! kept up very well!!!! floors and everything even the bathrooms. I would recommend this place to anyone. And it's right next to a super. Walmart as well as a little Caesar's pizza and a Subway. In case you wanted it eat while you're waiting for your clothes to wash!!!! Whoever keeps this place spic-n-span!!! I give y'all a 100 plus!!!! it's very awesome and thank you for keeping everything clean. I've been to so many other laundry mats and it's filthy!!! Yall are giving mile high club vibes!!!!!”
“Brought my pillow here to Gloria with a large week-old dip stain.
1 day later returned my pillow looking and feeling brand new.
I buy expensive pillows so it’s really nice to know I have the ability to do this! Will be bringing in my duvet and other pillows.”
“You should give them another try if you had a bad experience with an employee. I do laundry on the weekends and the manager is up front ready to help if you need anything. Clean. Coinless! Plenty of washers and dryers. In and out.”
“The man working there was SO helpful! I usually do my laundry at home but had to do a comforter and bedspread and needed a big washer and dryer. He gave me some helpful tips and was so nice! The place was spotless and I will definitely go there again when the need arises.”

My one and only gripe is the card readers are pretty touchy and it's a little bit of a pain to reload BUT like I said the service is awesome and they are there to help.”
“Wonderful service, rarely leave reviews but I had to for these guys! Their complimentary pickup and delivery service is excellent and convenient. The delivery was slightly delayed and I was informed about it promptly. There were a few pieces they could not dry clean and they were very transparent about it and even advised me on other alternative methods to clean them without damaging them. I trusted them with expensive vintage designer pieces and they all came back like new and in perfect condition. Best dry cleaners in town! You will not regret taking your business to them. 5 Star service.”

“So our washing machine decided to break on the day that is our normal laundry day. And we located this wash and dry laundromat on 71 near Jack Allen's. We walked inside and we were greeted by the lovely attendant Anna, who explained how the washing machines worked, how the dryers worked, etc. You essentially can pay with cash or credit at a machine and they give you a card that you then use on the different machines you want to use. You can also replenish the card as needed, and you can keep it for future use. Well, the laundromat is clean. The machines work well and everyone was fairly pleasant. I would say if your washing machine breaks, or you just need a laundromat to do your laundry, give this place a try.”
“I love this location! I used to live in the area and always did laundry here and recently revisited and remembered how nice it is to do laundry (if such a thing exists lol). :)
They have wifi that works well, bathrooms, water fountains, it is always clean, and the staff is always very kind and good vibes all around (never had any issues with clothes being moved or concerns). The machines are all maintained well and have had no issues, plus there are a number of different size options that do an awesome job of cleaning and drying clothes efficiently.
I recommend this spot if you are in the area, there are bus lines that lead here as well if needed (like the 10) and there is a dollar tree next door that is a good place to kill time as well.”

“I had a blanket that I had to wash due to my cat peeing on it, when we got our blanket back, it had 0 stains and was much brighter. I'm so happy, we have weak washers in our apartment and we've been trying to find a cheap place to get it cleaned. I'm so happy me and my boyfriend have a comfy comforter again. Thanks ?”

“Very budget friendly and I mean as in they seem to acknowledge not everyone has the means for certain items, very clean, the people around seem to be very courteous and there's always a food truck and your local sour coffee place down the street. “This is the only laundromat I’m willing to use. The staff is friendly and the washing machines are up to date. Maggie is always the most helpful and the most hospitable if you ever need any help - she talks to you like you’ve know each other for years. Definitely recommend.”
“Lilly is very friendly and an attentive owner. I brought her coats for dry cleaning and alteration. The dry cleaning came back perfect, but the alteration wasn’t quite on after the first try. Lilly kindly insisted on not letting me leave unsatisfied; so one of her highly skilled seamstresses got crafty and produced some beautifully lengthened sleeves. Great experience here!”
“My experience with Estrada's Cleaners was 10/10. Two of the outfits I brought in had been rejected by other dry cleaners due to intricate bead work--Estrada's took them in with no issue! “First time visitor!Pros:- clean- plenty of machines- plenty of seating- snacksCons:- bathrooms locked until attendant arrived around 8a.- kinda pricey? (NOT sure if this is the norm pricing?)- dimly lit parking lotWe intentionally arrived early on a Sunday morning hoping to avoid the crowds based on Google 'busy times'.Seemed to work.Plenty of available machines of all sizes.It's been 20yrs since I used a laundromat so there was a bit of sticker shock. We did all our clothes (no towels or sheets) which is normally 4-5 loads at home all in 2 washing machines and then 2 dyers. Spent approximately $20.Place was super clean.Patrons of all ages.Felt very safe.Would definitely use again.My only complaints...If there super early or late, the parking lot was very dimly lit.The bathroom was locked until the attendant arrived a few hours after the opening time. And then didn't have toilet paper. But there are a few restaurants and gas stations near by if an emergency.”

“This place has plenty of parking. As you walk in this place was clean has lots of machines. The great thing is you actually see someone cleaning up the place. If you bring your kids they will be entertained by the games. No change no problem this place has it from bill changer to quarter change they have it Washers run from $2.25, $3 to $5 Dryers are all .25 for 7 min I had to use at least .75 to get my clothes dried Will come back here when needed”
