ZERO. EXPENSIVE. Be warned. I have been with this abysmal company for FORTY SIX YEARS. Larry has constantly lied to me for the last time. I pulled my car insurance to go with All State to pay 1/3 of my car insurance premium that he told me was State Farm’s rock bottom price and that I wouldn’t find anything less expensive. I did. He knew damn good and well I could. Unethical & irresponsible corporate greed. Larry is an old family friend that I unfortunately believed. LIAR. My father trusted him. Now I need to file a claim on my house. I’m SO SORRY I kept my homeowners here. NO HELP from them in filing that claim. ALL Larry & Lisa & the rest of the STUPID women do is LIE. It’s impossible to file my claim because no one in that claims department will communicate with me. Larry should man up and talk to me directly instead of passing the buck to the idiotic women whose turnover is fast. I AM SO SICK OF GETTING THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found another phone number. It was easy. This staff should have known. They work there, not me. LAZY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I had this agent and never fully trusted them. I had red flags in the beginning, but kept the service regardless. I’ve been lied, talked to in a condescending way, and treated poorly. The assistant is unprofessional and will try to sweet talk you… don’t trust it. Customer service is lacking just wait until you have an issue. Avoid this place especially for people of color.

We have been with Larry for many years and never had a problem working with them. Lisa had always been amazing nice every time I have had to call in. State Farm is doing well through all of the problems in 2020 and worked to keep or lower their premiums. Thank you very much for here.

I would like to thank Lisa and every one at this location has been awesome. I want to give Lisa the most shout out. She has been so helpful with my account. I had a very bad experience with State Farm in San Antonio,was with them for 5 yrs. Let’s just say I was not very happy at the end how my policy was being handle. When I found out what was going on and felt betrayed. I looked for a State Farm here in Austin and that’s when I found Miss Lisa. I told what’s was going on and how upset I was knowing how long I was being betrayed. Miss Lisa took my Complaint very serious and promise she take care of it. So I transferred my account to her office, within a couple of days my account with fix’s. Plus she made where I could afford my monthly rate. I have been with Miss Lisa office for almost a year now and no once or ever had a problem. She been so good at what she does, I have added two more vehicles and renter insurance and still at a affordable rate.SO IF ANYONE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR GOOD INSURANCE WITH GOOD FAMILY STYLE AGENTS PLEASE GO WITH THIS LOCATION STATEFARM OFF HWY 71 and WESTGATE IN AUSTIN TX.
