Lane Wells Jewelry company was recommended to me by a Jeweler that I used for many years. I have found Lane Wells to be trustworthy; and kind. They repaired the prongs surrounding the diamond on my 50 year old wedding ring; and they did a wonderful job! It sparkled with such radiance! I was very pleased. The price was fair and reasonable. Amazing service! They’ve worked on dozens of my sterling silver pieces and I am always satisfied. They are courteous, knowledgeable and if they can’t work on a piece, they are very kind and honest.
True story. One onyx signet I sent it was being resized and during the cleaning process, my “onyx” completely dissolved! What I thought was a real gemstone when I bought it was some composite that fell apart. It wasn’t their fault, but, they replaced the missing “onyx” with a real one of their own FREE of charge!!! Who does that?! These people!
I will continue to use them as I have dozens of rings that need repair and they’re the best in town. Honest.

I have been bringing in jewelry for repairs for over 10 years. Lane Wells always does an excellent job, finishes on time if not early, and has the most reasonable prices in town. This last time they fixed a flawed earring hook for free in 5 mintues!!! Best place in the area!!!

I've been using Lane Wells for all of my jewelry repairs for over 20 years. They are expert jewelers with a fine attention to detail. I've had 2 pairs of heirloom earrings that were passed down in my family and Lane Wells did a beautiful job of modifying them from clip-ons to pierced. I highly recommend them!
