Was having issues with our brakes and from start to finish of interacting with this business Brandon has been absolutely amazing. You can tell he really cares about the people he's helping! SO thankful when i called and went in that he was the one to help me. This stuff is always so stressful.

The guys at Lamb's Tire & Automotive on Far West are OUTSTANDING! We have used them for decades, and to a person, they are smart, thoughtful, kind, trustworthy and considerate. They go out of their way to look for the best deals. Everyone in the neighborhood uses them & feels the same way, too! Highly, highly recommend!

I had my car inspected and they handed me an illegible printout. I double checked with the employee and was assured the state registration office would accept it. They did NOT accept it. I had to go through the whole process again. Because appointments are months out, the inspection is expired and they refused to cover a new one. It’s a minimal amount, but it’s the principle that matters.

Do not bring your car if you simply want to know if you need a repair or new tires. They will lie to you on the time it will take, they do not communicate with status updates and make it very clear that your safety or schedule are of no concern. I made a big mistake by not trying somewhere else. I am very disappointed that I just wasted my day and am now in quite a difficult place before I leave on vacation.

Driving from Dallas to San Antonio I found myself stranded on an Austin Toll Road at 11pm. Not Ideal, but thankfully the closest repair shop was Lambs Tire and Automotive so I had Truck towed there.
I was working through a warranty company and Brandon worked hard advocating on my behalf for the repair to be covered.
It didn’t work out with the Warranty company but Brandon went above and beyond with his timely communication at each step of the process.
It’s never a good thing to need an unexpected car repair but this experience with Lambs made it tolerable. My only regret is that there isn’t a Lambs location in San Antonio!

5 stars for Matthew the fantastic mechanic who solved a noise issue w/my breaks. I had a mobile mechanic do my breaks (pads/drums/rotors) and they were never right (noise while breaking). He made a few failed attempts at correcting...after months I gave up. I paid for an hour and Matthew fixed it in that inspection hour for no extra cost (just needed an adjustment and lube). Thanks so much Matthew! You're a great mechanic Sir. Appreciate you helping me out. This had been bugging me for months! I waited a week or so to make sure the noise did not return before posting this too BTW.
