This is a complete mess. There is no room on their yard to stage the trucks & there's no docks. Trucks are stacked everywhere waiting for delivery. It's FCFS. You walk to the customers entrance, give them your bills & in exchange they tell you to show the paperwork to 1 of the 2 forklift drivers who are busy loading customers work trucks. I've tried this twice 2 diff forklift drivers & they both brushed me off and the 2 men in the office just shrug.Maybe I'm suppose to bribe them with money? Anyway it's unprofessional. I've been trucking for 8 yrs & this is the 1st time I've encountered something like this....I've contacted my company & corporate for a resolution.

I've delivered here four maybe five times now. I've arrived between 11am-3pm. Each time have been in and out.Will be arriving there tonight, to be ready to unload tomorrow. We'll see what it's like first thing in the morning. I'm expecting some chaos already as it is with similar places. Will write an updated review tomorrow.Stay safe.
