Customer service is the worst. They will short your refund and justify it without any real justification. EVEN when the math is completely wrong. Keep up the great work Jess.

I went into the store to purchase some sunglasses, and I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. I asked the manager Marcia if she could help me with some sunglasses because my eyes were hurting and were sensitive to light. She said in very loud and rude tone: "this isn't A class service. Just pick a set and move on. I'm not here to cater to you". She rushed me and wouldn't even let me try on more than three pairs, and told me she has better things to do with her time than help me out. I felt very hurt and offended and could not believe a manager could speak to me this way. I was not expecting A class service, just basic decent human behavior, I will be reporting Marcia to her boss, Karen, and will be filing a formal grievance to HR. I shop at kohl's all the time, and have never been treated so poorly in all this time. Marcia deserves serious disciplinary action. My eyes were literally hurting all day and I was in pain and discomfort, there was no need to be so rude to a person already having ophthalmology medical issues. I am a medical doctor and if I ever treated a patient this way, I would be fired.

Most the time, the only reason I come here is just to return an Amazon package. It's super convenient cause it's close to my house. The other day I stopped to buy some cookware because they give you a coupon after returning an Amazon package. Everything here is super expensive. I'm not sure how they say in business with it being so overpriced. I also took a look through the women's clothing section. The sale items are pretty cheap but anything not on sale is super expensive. Left with only buying one thing, that I actually ended up returning. Employees are hit or miss. Some of them are really nice and some of them are really snarky. The store is also kind of messy and just feels very unorganized. It's kind of hard to find things. Would definitely recommend if you want to return a package but wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Awful price match policy. Manager first lied about not doing price matching. Then she came back saying we have to print out a sheet showing the item we want to match in order for her to honor. The lady checking us out tried to sell us on the Kohls card multiple times as an alternative to get the price, even though we were visibly frustrated. Predatory on the kohls card, awful price matching policy, and horrible customer service are all reasons why I will never go back to Kohls.

Kohl's has got to be the worst store on the entire planet. It's not just this one, it's all of them. Misleading sales, long lines, crappy return policies that are way too confusing and cheat the customer every time. Oh, and don't shop here at Black Friday. Their "deals" are almost always cheaper online elsewhere. It's like they're purposefully trying to have the worst possible customer experience. Today I did go into this Kohl's. Waited and waited to get men's belts. The sign over ever single belt rack said buy one get one half off except under armour belts. No other restrictions listed, not even a *terms and conditions apply - what do you know, they don't ring up like this. Ope, we can't do that. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Kohl's. It's time to adapt or die. In 2022 a good customer experience wins. This ain't it.
