Nice things but holy smells, please stop flooding the store with such pungent room spray. Instant headache and had to leave the store! ?

Kirklands is the best! Many of us in Pflugerville were so sad when the Pflugerville location closed. Kirklands has always been one of my go to places for clients & for myself. Since the other locations are too far I may shop online.

simple and clean looking house decor. they don't have a huge selection of items but it's nice for what it is. it's a bit pricey but they have discounts going on from time to time

They had what I was looking for, but the reason for the 5 stars are the people working there. They are super nice.

I love Kirkland's home store ,I always visit the store in pfugerville, but today I went to Lake line mall and the cashier Kristy or wherever is her name ,had a horrible energy, i can feel she's very racist! I just hope never had to go back so I don't have to see that horrible "human being "

Love the place. One of best home decor in most affordable price. Would really recommend to visit the store before heading to other home decors one. Store does look small in size but each item is worth spending money and time at ?

We were looking for some quality items for our home decor and this place has loads of them. Everything always looks clean and well organized so it is easy to browse. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Tina who is so vibrant and told us to let her know if we needed help with anything. We ended up finding several wonderful pieces that we are excited about. Jackson chatted with us as he checked our items out and then we were on our way. We have always found this place to have some of the best value for home decor and are so glad they are close to us.

So Cute! This is a great spot for decorative items. I have found amazing things from a beautiful tree topper to canvas framed wall art. If you like candles, try their seasonal candles. - So Good. Their furniture pieces are also beautiful.

My husband and I purchased a chair at the Kirkland's in Pflugerville on Friday evening. We've been to that location multiple times and, as usual, the customer service we received was great! Since they only had one chair at that location, the woman helping us called over to this location to confirm that the chair was available. She spoke with Katie, the manager on duty and confirmed that the chair would be held and available for pick up. Since it was pretty close to closing time, she informed Katie that we would be there to pick up the chair immediately after finishing our purchase at the Pflugerville location.Happy with our purchase, we immediately went to this location to purchase and pick up our second chair. We arrived about 5 minutes after closing, but were not alarmed since Katie confirmed she would allow us to pick up the chair. However, to our surprise, we saw Katie and another gentleman in the store with the door locked. When we knocked on the door, BOTH made direct eye contact with me and simply went back to cleaning the store! I saw the gentleman go to the back of the store and figured he might be getting the manager, Katie, who was expecting us, especially since our chair was at the front of the store in the window with our names labeled on it. But, no, they were the only two in the store, suggesting that this so-called manager, Katie was the one blatantly ignoring us.We tried calling the store - neither would answer the phone. Once we realized that neither of them were going to acknowledge us or even come and talk to us and clarify what was happening, I called the Pflugerville location and notified the woman who helped us that we were standing right outside of the store looking at both Katie and the other worker and both of them were blatantly ignoring us without so much as a wave to say they were closed or coming to the door to see what we needed! She promptly called this location, at which point, surprise surprise, they picked up the phone. You would think after the Pflugerville manager reiterated that we were there as discussed to pick up the furniture that they would come to the door and clarify whatever misunderstanding occurred, but NO. They CONTINUED to ignore us until we left. The Pflugerville manager clarified that they were blatantly refusing to help us because they were "closed" even though they could have definitely left a register open in anticipation of our arrival. This is absolutely unacceptable and bizarre! And since they knew we were coming, I have to wonder what it was about us that made them treat us with such disrespect! They said nothing to us - not even an apology, which leaves me no choice but to conclude that this wasn't a misunderstanding - this was outright rude and possibly even RACIALLY motivated. They simply looked at us and decided that we were not worth their time or business - what is that!? They treated us like trash on the curb when we were simply there to complete our purchase! And the fact that no other representative from that location has contacted us to rectify the situation makes me even more concerned that there are more concerning issues with this company. I'm extremely disappointed as I have NEVER received service like this anywhere, certainly not when I'm completing an expensive purchase! If this is the type of service that Kirkland's stands for and if Katie is the type of "manager" that this company prefers to represent them on their staff, I suggest you consider purchasing elsewhere.

So unnecessarily rude. I bought a chair at the stone hill Kirkland's but there was only one there. The person helping me pointed out that this location had one and called them to asked them to hold it for me until I got there. It was close to closing time but I was assured that they would wait for me. So I rush over and of course the doors are locked. I see two people inside, I knock and wait patiently but they just ignore me. I tried calling the store and they don't answer. I call the stone hill store and ask the person who helped me there to call them. I see them get on the phone and have a conversation but afterwards they still continue to ignore me. I'm guessing there was some sort of miscommunication and that they never intended to serve me after closing which I understand. However the fact that they never acknowledged my presence, didn't explain what happened or even wave me off to let me know that they couldn't help me is ridiculous. So I wasted the drive there and time standing in front of the store for nothing. Ask while looking at the chair with a sticky note with my name on it. A simple "sorry but we can't help you" would have went a long way. But ignored me like they did was simply rude.

My wallet and watch dread this place. so much to see, so much to buy! Tiniest store but every item is worth a double look. Their holiday collections are amazing but so also are the mirrors and year round art. Mid level price point is very affordable, especially during sale. Will always be my favorite go to place for all holiday and general home decor!

Super cute store that I've never heard of. Just happened to be at a neighboring store in the area and saw this cute little gem. It's like a Pier 1 Imports kind of place. With dishware, and decor. Such a get place to shop and browse around. Nice clearance section as well, with great prices.
