I think many lessons about professionalism, sincerity and outstanding client service can be learned from Vianey Cornejo. I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Cornejo about my account. She was extremely patient, helpful, and she had answer and next steps prepared for me within 30 minutes of our call. She definitely assisted in keeping my stress levels down. After 23 years of having state farm it was great until it wasn't. I used to think I mattered as a customer. Not anymore. I asked for a changed in my policy, only to find out nothing was done. Two months later. Everytime, I can my agent is on the other line. Spoke to someone who had time today. For the first time in a long time I was not passed around like a hot potato.

We have been with Kirk's State Farm office for over 20 years, and it's been a great experience. Recently, we had to make a claim as a result of vandalism on one of our cars. It was starting to look like the claims process would take longer than the time to repair the car, which meant we would potentially have to wait a few extra days for the process to complete in order to get our car back. Lorry was incredibly helpful in diligently working with State Farm Claims and the repair shop to get to an agreed cost and alternative payment process, so that we were able to pick up our car when it was ready. Her patient, calm approach put me at ease whenever we talked. So thankful for Lorry and Kirk Ingels!
