I went in looking for something for my mom’s birthday. Was completely judged by the clerk, and not asked if I needed help while other customers were. Not to mention she hawk-eyed me the entire time and followed me around the store...like I was going to steal something.However, the selection they offered had ethical options and was very tastefully curated.

Kindred Spirits has a calming vibe the minute you walk in. The store is beautifully laid out for the most intimate boutique shopping experience, not to mention the grounding earth tones make you feel right at home! I felt cared for and welcomed with open arms upon my arrival!If you are looking for high quality designer items created locally or internationally, you will discover several gems in this cozy, ATX east side store. The dresses, bags and self care items caught my eye! I highly recommend this boutique shopping experience.

Love this shop. They have a huge selection of designers locally and internationally sourced providing a ton of clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, housewares, plenty to shop from!The lovely woman who helped me was very friendly and let me try on quite a few things and she was not pushy at all which I appreciated. I love the displays and the way the store is merchandised, and the beautiful glass windows that let all the light in.

Beautiful shop and I bought a darling bohemian "Matta" brand dress, along with turquoise pendant. The feel is sleek, modern and fashion forward, not to the mention the staff were darling and so helpful for my friend and I!

Kindred Spirits is basically my dream store! The vibe is minimal and modern, but eclectic. This store is brimming with so many cool brands that I have never heard of but am instantly obsessed with. I was also pleasantly surprised to find many quality "staple" pieces that didn't break the bank. The couple of times I have stopped by I was greeted warmly by the staff and the super friendly (and adorable) owner. If you are visiting or new in town I definitely recommend visiting this little East Austin jewel!

I stopped by Kindred Spirits recently to check out the new shop from the owner of Take Heart, one of my favorite shops in Austin. The curated collection of clothes and accessories at Kindred Spirits is just as special and lovely and interesting as the items at Take Heart, and the staff just as friendly.

This is a really cute store with a great selection of curated clothing, accessories, and little "extras". However, I did not stay long to look at everything because I felt unwelcome by the lady who was working when I came in. She was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by me and the questions I was asking her. I know the owner of this store owns another store down the street that I absolutely adore, so I was excited to visit here and was sadly disappointed.
