Yeah... sub-par and they make you feel that way, too. My wife's Honda lease is almost up, so we're searching for that next lease. Never tried Kia, had no idea about their cars, so we decided to see what they had to offer. My wife and I walked into this Kia and were met with the receptionist, asking for our info. While we were giving her our info, a couple of folks walk in and a salesman appears, but ignore us and ask the people behind us if they've been helped and continued assisting them, leaving us there with the receptionist. Ooookay? We then wait for a while and my wife goes off to the restroom. After many pages and the receptionist finally getting up and going to physically find a salesperson, he appears and has this look of utter disdain when he sees me. I had to initiate the pleasantries.I explain we don't know anything about Kia's and that my wife had seen an EV6 on the road and thought it looked interesting."Yeah, unfortunately I don't have any EV6s in stock,"... uncomfortable silence...I again re-initiate, "OK, soooo... can we order one or would we have to wait for one or how does this work,"Not really sure what he said at this point, because all the while his demeanor radiated very strong feeling he didn't want to waste time with us. It was something about at some point they'll get some back in stock.Seemed like that was the end of that, because there was an uncomfortable stare and silence...It didn't seem like he was going to ask us for our info and offer to call us when they get any EV6s in stock or anything, so again, reinitiate, "Can we see what else my wife might be interested in then?" By this time my wife came back and I ask her what she feels like taking a look at first. "Something similar to a Honda Accord?""That'll be the K5," he said as he walked us toward a side door. He opened the door for us, motioned in the general direction of their inventory, and pretty much told us to fuck off and let him know if there was something out there that interested us.Perhaps I was expecting too much? You know, like a walk and talk, a sales pitch, a series of questions to see what kind of vehicle we'd more like to see, let's go to my office and look at some options, or catalogues, something. Nope. Nothing. We're going to a different dealership next week to see if they have the time for us. Definitely would stay away from this dealership.

Purchased vehicles here and been bringing it back for regular servicing (since2018). Always friendly service -have not had any complaints, extremely clean waiting area. Do call up for appointments- they do get busy.

Steer clear of these guys. Very shady. Double check, triple check, look under every nook and cranny of Internet research you can about the vehicle you are purchasing before you pay double what it's value is if you "choose to do deals with them."

Carlos Areizaga by far has the best customer service I've experienced in my 7 years at Kia. It was super early in the morning and he was still super friendly, respectful, and informative. He gave me all the info needed for my vehicle and gave me recommendations as well and that's exactly what I needed. He let me know what was the priority to assess next on my vehicle before it becomes too late. I would rate him 100/10 if I could!!!

Disappointed with my salesman Jason. Bought my car on 6/26 and I have already received notification that it needs an oil change and this was not verbally stated to me. I was also told an extra key would be ordered but I have yet to get a call to confirm this. The followup communication is not what I expected from Kia. I love my car but the customer service stinks.

Dylyun was an amazing professional. Dylyun was our representative from Sales and made the entire car viewing, driving, and buying experience wonderful. He was courteous, respectful, and funny. His friendly nature combined with his professional skill sets let us know we were in good hands. I wish every car buying experience would go this way. He took the time to answer all our questions and detailed all the need to know information on the vehicle. I felt like we could ask him anything we were wondering regarding the vehicle and the question would be answered in a well-informed, kind way. He even took the time to explain what the award for excellence was at the front of the dealership and talked about values and the importance of a great customer experience. Dylyun has raised the bar for excellence and we are very happy with our decision to purchase a vehicle through Dylyun Villarreal. We got not only a great vehicle, but understanding of our terms, conditions, and features, while feeling respected and knowing we got a great deal!I see Dylyun's future as very, very bright and he should get promoted to training to teach others in this industry how to treat people.

I bought a car from them and when I signed up I was told I was getting three years of oil changes and turns out that was a complete lie. I only had a certain amount of oil changes which no one even decided to tell me that I was out. So I came back thinking I get another oil change so I left my coupons at home and had to pay full price for the oil change. So if the dealership tells you that you have three years of oil changes DO NOT BELIEVE THEM THAT IS A SCAM to get you to buy a car. Even though Jesse was awesome I still will not bring my car back. I didn't know that I was scammed until now but good to know that they will lie to you to get you to buy a car!

I bought a car that the invoice stated was a new car. The dealership was called Capital Kia at the time. Come to find out that the care had been a short term lease return, so not a new car. That meant the new car warranty that I was told, was null and void. I will never do any business with this dealership.

I have bought and owned close to 20 cars in my life. This was hands down the worst car buying experience of them all.KIA corporate should be ashamed of this location and specifically their finance team. They will be hearing my story and hopefully things change for the better for future potential buyers. A real shame that dealerships are out there bringing bad names to a good brand.

2 stars because the people seem nice (they have to be to customers right?) With the exception of the remark after being asked if there's an oil package. He said, "I wish they would do away with them". Umm, say that in your head, not to a customer! They always asked, it's time for this or that. Never give in but went ahead and gave into 1 since the guy said it would be $x. BS!! Not paying attention because of time, paid and left. They charged twice as much. WTH??? Don't tell a customer this is what it'll be and "forget" to mention, OH, by the way, that doesn't include parts and labor.Need to find a mechanic! Not going back.Have had issue after issue with Kia. Had a different brand entire life until friend raved about Kia. Needed to lower payment so switched, what a mistake! Battery died within a year. Because of pandemic, couldn't wait for car to be towed to dealership. Friend jumped to go to auto store to get replacement battery (assuming that was why it wouldn't start). Which the dealership would not reimburse. Windshield cracked within 2 years. Maps & notifications stopped working. Inquired. Turns out they update twice a year. First you need to download a file to your computer. Then transfer to an SD card. First off, wth has an SD card??? and its gotta be 32 GB. Why do you have to download to a computer first??? OR you can pay $25 + shipping for them to send to you. WOW..... another way for them to make a buck. Now this. NEVER had these issues with the other brand.

Had a good experience with sales associate who sold me my car, Dylyun, very professional. However I had a completely different experience with a sales manager the following week. I hadn't realized that my front 2 windows weren't tinted, so I called to schedule a time to come in. Unbeknownst to me, they only do window tinting on the weekends and I work during the week. I also live 40 mins away, and work an hour and 20 mins from the dealership. I asked if I could use a loaner car, due to my situation, as they have done this for me in the past, Jason told gave a long winded dramatic explanation about how he had no cars that things aren't the way they used to be , but to schedule a few weeks from now, but can't guarantee loaner will be available. I was getting frustrated, saying that I needed to figure something out since they don't have weekend service. He proceeded to get angry, talking over me, saying his window tint guy "has a family," and "can't You just take a little lunch break" Little lunch break?!! I reminded him of how far away I work, which I had already told him. He then suggested Uber and I reminded him one again I was FAR from the dealership. He kept escalating, calling me "combative" and saying "you are trying to make me feel bad" and "you're making me not want to help you" . I'm definitely thorough and persistent, yet respectful. But not combative. I asked to speak to someone else, he continued to talk over me. I asked to speak to his boss and he kept talking over me. Then eventually said, he would see what he could do, but it would be " a lot of paperwork " for him. Jason never listened to me, and interrupted from the very beginning, was immature and unprofessional in his tone of voice and verbiage, and told me in so many words he did not want to help me figure out a solution. Nor did he transfer me to someone else, including his boss. I have bought 5 car's from this dealership and everything has been great, except for this. I have also reached out to 3 people to find out GMs name and info, and no responses. So perhaps this yelp review will get someone's attention. I won't be buying any more cars from this company bc of the terrible way this was handled, how disrespectful he was towards me, from the get go, and how no one in service department, upper management, or even the Round Rock location can help me. And I still don't have a ride. This makes me want to bring the car back, but now I think it's too late. Maybe management needs to be given some education in how to speak to customers, and maybe give them some time off. Jason sounds like he's about to have a nervous break down. He will be in my prayers .
