Candance was awesome , this gal needs a raise . Got what I needed and she knows her stuff . If I was not mistaking at first she should be the manager . Past experience was bland and I felt like rushed . This time perfection! Will be back

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at K&G North Austin, and I must say, the customer service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Gadski greeted me warmly and was eager to assist me with all my questions. She patiently helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even offered helpful styling tips. Her knowledge of the products and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left the store feeling valued as a customer and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

My husband and I shop here from time to time. My pops came to visit from out of state and he was so pleased with the suits and the prices of them.
There is a lady (a pure gem) who works the register. I don't know her name but she is a very lovely employee. She was courteous and kind.
It is people like her who make customers want to return.
We will definitely be back!

I am so glad we went to K&G in Austin today! We were shopping for the oldest kiddo for prom and middle kiddo for UIL. Alvin was so incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Great prices, great selection, and the best service I could have hoped for!

First time their , I only saw 2-3 employees.Was not asked if I need any help .Selection for men seemed ok ,didn't have a lot of time to look around ,in a hurry .Plan on returning to store to see what's their for men's suits for work , I saw signs advertising men's suits for cheap .

Great selection of men's clothing. The store is 3/4 men clothing and items, however, they have some women's clothing that will catch your eye. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The employees let you shop but if you need anything they seemed happy to help. My husband enjoyed himself here. We will be back.

just had the single-handedly. Worst experience I've ever had in an establishment one that was supposed to be a professional establishment. I am shocked and appalled. I am so upset I was singled out, told demanded to leave my backpack at the front door. There are no signs stating that II just had the single-handedly. I am so upset I was singled out, told demanded to leave my backpack at the front door. There are no signs stating that I cannot have a bag. It is my Louis Vuitton, backpack purse. That, in fact, carries my oxygen, I have respiratory issues and have to have oxygen and I was told by a short lady with gray braids who claimed to be the manager. The one who in her own words, said I'm running this shit that I need to leave my bag or leave the store, there were several other people in the store two of them carrying bags. She did not greet me in anyway other than you need to leave your bag at the front I said excuse me, she said, take your backpack and put it at the front. I said no ma'am I will not do that. I cannot. She said well you need to get out of here. You can't follow the rules you need to get up out of here. I said excuse me, find something else to do because I do not have to explain myself to you why I have to have a backpack that has my oxygen in it not that she would care. She followed me around the store, taunting me yelling at me, making a mockery and a scene I do have video footage and I did let her know that I was recording her Because I had never been treated in such on just way. I am absolutely very upset, hurt and feel such a violation of my not only right as a human being, but made to feel like an outcast and that I needed to be treated as some sort of criminal or someone who if I did not follow her made up rule I would have to leave, and she acted as if she was calling the police on me so this is not the end of this. This is such an upsetting situation. I cannot believe that I have dealt with this in the year 2024. I will never step foot in KNG and I will not leave this situation alone. She refused to give me her name. She refused to do anything, but yell at me, curse at me, and , follow me around the store and try to bully me as she saw that wasn't going to work. I continue to look around the store because I was really just so shocked that this was happening.

Just picked up my suit I bought and had altered. Unfortunately they had no bags to put my suit in. I was told I could buy a garment bag for 5.99 which wasn't a problem, but I ask the manager Sandra what other option is there for the inconvenience and was told nothing buy a bag or not. Worse costumer service from a manager. Not about the money it's just the principal

This is a nice store. A lot of nice suits, three-piece. Different colors. Sales lady was helpful, and patient with me, helping me find what I needed. I’ll be coming back to the store to buy more stuff.
