BEWARE of this moving company! They were supposed to move just a china cabinet from one house to the other and when i called to confirm an appointment time I was told "Actually, we will not make any money on this so i will no longer honor the price." He was going to charge me $50 more. Best part is he didn't even get as far as finding out the addresses of the 2 houses. He automatically went to just saying no. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I understand that people are not in business to loose money. However, it is not my problem that you advertised prices that you cannot honor. Being a small business, I can't believe he even fathomed the idea of lying from the get go. This company and owner are a complete joke of how a business should operate. I'm glad I am not the only one. When I questioned him (in a professional manner) he responded with "Thank you ma'am have a great day" and hung up on me. I would rather pay triple for 1 piece of furniture to be moved than give this scum a dime of my money! What a JOKE!

Inept company at best. Quote was woefully inadequate. After a walk through, they estimated a 7 hour job but ended up taking 15+ -- and still they did not get all of my belongings out of the house. They also dinged up and broke quite a few items - as well as scratched the walls at the old house. It was embarassing to tell the new home owners (who were first time home owners) that I was sorry the moving company did that (I did offer to come fix what Keep Moving messed up). During the walk through, I repeatedly said that I would not have everything packed that they would need to pack some. Which is true, they had to pack the pantry in the kitchen, 2 small closets, the office (which I had told the person doing the estimate I would finish myself), and some odd/end stuff here and there. The guys who moved me told their boss they had to pack 5 full rooms -- which was an outright lie. I was told Sunday that "Patty" would call me Monday to discuss the issues. I have yet to hear from Patty (now 5 days later). I have 5 uncles who used to work for Atlas Van Lines. I have been around moving for quite a while. I know how they worked. These guys would not have lasted with any of my uncles. Trust me when I say to "Move On" -- find another moving company. One who really cares about what they are doing and will treat you right.
