The print and fabric are fantastic the fit on the other hand is way off we ordered my daughter two sizes larger and they fit perfect we did this because I ordered mine and they were small

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing from Katie Kime, and I must say, their customer service is outstanding. Encountering a minor issue with the size of the pajamas I initially ordered, I reached out to their customer service team expecting the usual hassle that comes with returns. To my surprise, the process was anything but. The team was not only responsive and empathetic but also incredibly efficient in facilitating the exchange.
The pajamas I ordered are crafted from the softest, most luxurious fabric. Beyond comfort, the designs are absolutely adorable - striking the perfect balance between chic and cute. These would make a great gift.
In a marketplace often dominated by mediocrity, Katie Kim’s stands out- not just for their outstanding customer service, but also for the undeniable quality and charm of their products. I’m thoroughly impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for sleepwear that feels as good as it looks.

It's poor customer service not to honor the sale price for products that haven't been delivered yet. The company prefers to pay for two shipments and a return rather than simply adjusting the price. This approach is not only detrimental to the company but also harmful to the environment and represents outright bad customer service.

My experience with Katie Kime has been a nightmare. I wish I'd checked their reviews before I purchased anything, and I hope this helps someone.I got an email advertising their Memorial Day sale, and I've never ordered anything from them before so decided to try their super cute prints. Because I'd ever ordered from them before I made sure to check their return policy in detail, as well as the sale email I received, because I wasn't familiar with the brand and didn't really know my sizing. The return policy only mentions custom or embroidered items, and there was no 'final sale' wording on the promotional email, item pages or in my cart so I bought 2 shirts and a dress, in total just over $200. My confirmation email arrived with no mention of anything I'd bought being final sale, but there was a sentence saying it may take 5-7 days for them to send my order, because of COVID delays. They charged my card later that day and I waited for a shipping confirmation email. For three weeks. I finally reached out and they assured me my order had not been lost but was still being processed. My order finally shipped 4 weeks after placing it. There is no mention of anything I'd purchased being final sale on my shipping confirmation.When my package finally arrived, I tried on the clothes and I don't like them. I followed the directions on the packing slip for 'requesting a return'. The packing slip contains detailed instructions for processing a return but NO wording or indication that my purchases were 'final sale' . It does state that final sale items are not returnable, but again by the time I received my order all the items I'd ordered were on their website in stock and full price. Once I'd emailed their customer service team requesting a return, they sent me a link to a 'return form' that I needed to fill out. The return form states that nothing purchased on sale can be returned. I sent my request in anyways, thinking that it must be a mistake because the return policy, confirmation or shipping email and packing slip don't mention sale items in any way. I was contacted via email by Mollie who told me that the items were in fact final sale and that she "...would be happy to pass this onto my team and see if a refund can be approved." That was over a week ago. I've reached out twice to ask when I can expect a response or resolution to this issue and I've been completely ignored. I would call but I'm hesitant because my experience has been so bad I want anything they're going to say to me regarding my order in writing. At best this is an error on their return policy that they're refusing to acknowledge, at worst it's intentional misrepresentation. I certainly feel like they've taken advantage of me.

I'm not in Austin but I ordered a phone case from Katie Kime. It didn't work for the phone so I filled out their return form and mailed the item back via UPS on my dime. It's showing that it arrived yet it's been over a month and still no credit on my original form of payment. I've emailed 3 times over this and at one point someone emailed back right away and said "let me look into it". It's been over two weeks and I never heard from her again. I get that it's covid, but this is terrible service. Cute stuff but I'd never order again from them. Plus you can't get a hold of anyone to save your life.

I hate to do this, especially to a local business but this is long overdue. They have adorable prints and amazing products, customer service IN the store is great. The problem comes in once you actually place an order and they have your money. I have been waiting 3 MONTHS, yes literally 90 days for wallpaper samples I was promised in 14 days max. This order was placed WAY BEFORE COVID, so the any excuses regarding that are bogus. They have repeatedly ignored my emails following up on this order (I've sent 9, they replied to 2). I then made the mistake of trying to order the same samples online (stupid, I know but I loved the damn wallpaper). That order was placed 26 days ago, no paper, no email updates, no shipping info. I am just filed a complaint with the BBB today (btw I am not the first), this was totally avoidable on their part. How about you actually respond to customer concerns and complaints? Also, try sending out the products people have paid for. DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless you literally want to be robbed blind. Many other choices for wallpaper and cute toiles. They are not BBB credited and with good reason.

Was thrilled they were able to expedite my wallpaper order immediately (thank you Samantha Brown). All arrived in perfect condition, went up easily on the walls, and looks great. If only I could wallpaper every room in my house, I would use them again and again. Thank you.

I ordered on 9/25 and today, on 10/23, my order shows in pre-shipping status. Will never order from them again and will shout that out to all I know.

Had an issue with an iPhone case that was made incorrectly, they fixed the issue right away. Very impressed by the way they handled it and customer service was quick to assist. Would definitely recommend! :)
