Went there about a 3 weeks ago, service was great but they gouged me on price of shoes, a few days after I bought, I googled the shoes I bought average price was 150 they charged me 190 . Love the shoes will buy online from now on.

My husband has 1 " lifts put in his shoe due to an accident. They are completed promptly and look good. Very happy with service and TJ is pleasant.

Karavel Shoe store was excellent. Kayla was my salesperson and she was incredibly knowledgeable with tyy he e foot wear that was best suited for me personally. Great customer service ??Thank you,Doug

Our family have been coming here for years and bought numerous pairs of shoes. We always loved the quality of the products and the services of the friendly staff. However, we’ve had a very different experience yesterday (5/24).My elderly mother (who was using a walking cane) and I started out in the Salesroom to check out the deals. We were looking at different pairs and tried our best to put them back to where they should be on the shelf. Then out of nowhere, a sales woman scurried over and grabbed the box we just put back and loudly said “no! no! no! You need to put back the box the right way!”. Apparently, the box on the shelf wasn’t completely closed and that somehow provoked her. Then she grabbed another box and tossed it on the shelf in a very ill-mannered attitude while mumbling some words. I was taken aback by her behaviors. I honestly thought she was not in her right mind. Otherwise, who would do such thing criticizing customers over a trivial matter? Certainly not in a store like Karavel.A few minutes later, when we were checking out other shoes, she dashed over again and angrily complained the boxes we returned to the shelf weren’t lined up straight! Then she stomped away. Well. if she was so inclined to have every single box lined up perfectly, why did she ignore all the rest of the shelves that had boxes half opened or out of place? She didn’t even try to organize any of other shelves. I can’t help but think that she’s got that hostile attitude because it was a “sales room” where customers were shopping for discounted shoes. And she probably doesn’t think they deserve the same respect as the customers in the “front room”.It certainly makes things very unpleasant for us. My mother really wanted to get some quality sandals so I decided that this sales woman was just one bad apple in the whole store and not worth ruining our shopping adventure. We stayed and worked with a sales person, Juan, who was a great pleasure to work with. He was helpful, friendly and professional, exactly what our experience with the store had been. We left the store with 8 pairs of shoes including 2 pairs of Finn Comfort which is my mother’s favorite brand. It was past the store closing time then. It would have been a 5-star experience except for that obnoxious sales woman. She definitely will be the reason I would not want to go back unless I could specifically ask NOT to get her.

Best experience buying shoes in ~15 years. Coco was terrific. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This was far, far better than my old routine of going to a "shoe warehouse" and choosing on my own.

Such a positive experience here, thanks to Kayla. She was AWESOME, friendly, funny and knowledgeable.We showed up 20min before close and tried to hurry out but she was so diligent she brought out all the pairs until we were both very happy.Really appreciate the customer support, she was top notch. Highly recommend

This is one busy place! They have a huge selection of all sorts of footwear. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable of their products, and even suggested something i really needed for the spacing of my toes. My podiatrist sent me to Karavel for orthotics.

Outstanding friendly knowledge customer service. Sign in sheet for one on one attention. Salesperson listened to what were my issues and desires. Expertly measured my feet and offered several shoe options to remedy my problem. Ask for Stephen.
