Ben’s got my loyalty. I dropped off a fritzing Deluxe Reverb that had sat in a garage for years. He set clear expectations at the start (including the probable actions and costs, and the two-week queue), and then beat them. When I picked it up I also got an impromptu performance to verify the amp was like new!
