Joel was fantastic for our home buying experience. He always answered all of our questions fully and promptly. We were in touch for about 7 months, asking him about homes (most importantly, their property taxes) and he always answered all questions thoroughly. Once we finally found the home we wanted to buy, we shopped mortgage rates and he was creative in putting together a financial solution that worked for us and very competitive in his rates and pricing, which is difficult in today’s market. Joel’s team was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful during every step along the way. Also, the electronic process he and his team uses is very user friendly. When interest rates improve, he will be the first person I call for refinancing. I consider his expertise to be extremely valuable.

Very pleased with this team! I started my refinance awhile back when Joel was very honest and informative about what I needed to work on to accomplish my refinance.After completing my homework, it finally happened. I was pleasantly surprised that first he remembered me and second, that it happened so quickly. The team made it so stress free. Very proactive and will definitely use him again.

My husband and I are purchasing our first home together and Joel has made the process as easy and seamless as possible.
