Joe Krupp went above and beyond as our mortgage broker during our home buying experience. We’re first-time buyers, so we needed a lot of things explained to us. We never felt rushed by Joe, and because we felt like we could trust his expertise, there were times when we were able to rely on his judgment without having to spend a lot of time researching an issue. That came in very handy when the mortgage process got demanding with our time.We were fortunate enough to stumble upon a house that we absolutely loved, but because the timing was unexpected, we needed to close quickly. The speed at which Joe worked to ensure our closing was impressive. Despite the tight timeframe, he navigated the process efficiently while maintaining a high degree of care.We can be sticklers about making sure paperwork is filled out perfectly and it was very reassuring when we found that Joe was as well. While going through the process of buying our first home we shopped around with different Mortgage Brokers and Agents. When the time came to pick who we would go with to finance our home Joe came out on top. The insights he provided on the industry of mortgage lending is truly invaluable. His integrity was also something that was deeply appreciated as well. He provided the lowest rate from the start compared to other lenders (Other lenders/brokers only lowered the rate once we informed them we received a lower rate offer.) He also worked with us during the holiday season which was a major need for us. While you should always shop around for Brokers/Agents, I would highly recommend Joe for his Work Ethic, Integrity, and Candidness about the mortgage industry.
