I came in needing help getting a stuck window up. They checked it out no problem, gave me a quote I couldn’t currently afford but they gave me solutions. Along w that they did their best to tape up my window since it’s going to rain tomorrow. Y’all I called some other shops and they would have charged me ~$189 just to check my issue out. Jiffy lube 4 love 4 lyfe. Good nice, friendly people to work with. Get over here if you need help. ??????

Jiffy Lube, Cedar Park on FM 620 was open on Saturday and I suddenly realized we needed new brakes. Their tech arrived ten minutes later and we were on our way an hour and half later!! So glad you were open and available. B. Schreiber

Jiffy Lube is chock full of wonderful staff who are top notch knowledgeable.They've come to my rescue time and again.In today's world of no help at gas stations if you need oil - Jiffy Lube!Today, my car kept telling me on screen I needed lubricant, it was Low.So, where to go?Jiffy Lube!!!I was taken care of so quickly and professionally.Kudos to the Jiffy Lube team at 620 and Anderson Mill!Thank you!

Went in for an oil change. They kept forgetting to top off all my fluids. I had to remind them twice. I would have paid for partial service if I wasn’t paying attention myself. One of the fluids was coolant which was wayyyyy below the limit according to the staff but they didn’t check it until I asked them to. I was not aware it was low and this could have potentially damaged caused damage to the car because I would have assumed it was checked (since it’s included to check with the oil change) Staff admitted they didn’t check and apologized. I was very happy with the level of service provided by "QualTech Automotive".They were professional, quick, and courteous. I was only inside the lobby for about 30 seconds before they asked how they could help me.My car was inspected and I was on my way in under 20 minutesWith that being said, I must admit, I stopped by two different inspection shops earlier in the morning before stopping by QualTech (Jiffy Lube and Jiffy Lube). My experience with both companies was not so good.The first inspection place didn't open on time and after waiting in the parking lot for a few minutes I was greeted by someone who let me know that the inspection person wouldn't be in until 2:00 p.m. They proceeded to tell me why they weren't there and why they personally had limited availability throughout the week.The second inspection place was open when I arrived, but no one came out to greet me so I went inside to the lobby. Three different employees were standing around in the lobby and carried on with their conversation as though I never walked into the room. I intentionally made it a point not to greet them first. Seeing that I'm the client, it made sense for me to standby and wait to be greeted. The three gentlemen went from the lobby to the office back to the lobby, and continued with their conversation like I wasn't there. This whole time, I was standing within 3-6 ft from the group, facing the counter while staring at the computer.After standing there for 9 minutes, one of the three gentlemen finally greeted me and asked how my day was. I answered and asked how he was. He responded with, "just hanging on". Okay.The gentleman behind the counter then pointed back towards the bay at the mechanic who would be conducting the inspection. He says, "That's the guy who does inspections so he'll be the one to help you out". I asked, "with checking me and cashing me out?". "Yep, he's the inspection guy so he does everything that deals with inspections" (I guess that doesn't include greeting or acknowledging people when they walk into your establishment). I stood and watched through the window while the inspection tech continued eating his breakfast out of a styrofoam container ne t to the inspection bay computer. I stood and watched for what was a long 3 minutes. At no point did he look up or mind any attention to the fact that I'm the only client in the store and that I've been standing around for 12 minutes. In all fairness, I did park directly in front of him when I pulled up and even said hello as I walked into the lobby. I'm sure he thought I was just there for a tour of the facility.At this point, I took my keys and walked out of the store.Thank you for creating a warm and welcoming environment for your guests Jiffy Lube. My next stop, to your Google profile to provide the same feedback on your review page.QualTech, it's obvious to me why your ratings are as high as they are. I've lived down the street for the last 12 years and will begin exclusively using your shop for all of my family's automobile maintenance needs.

This Jiffy lube location is the BEST!! I’ve been going to them for over a year and have never had a bad experience. I need to take a moment to mention the whole staff that helped me today and give them a thank you for welcoming me with a smile and being thorough and efficient. So thank you Jordan A., Bradley, Victor, Steve, Titus, and Thibauit. I’ll be back… and to everyone else I highly recommend this location.

Had my oil changed this morning, Thibquit did a great job, took extra time to top off my fluids and check my tire pressure. The whole team delivered an excellent customer service experience, they were very helpful and attentive. Thanks y’all!
