Polite and accommodating sellers, Jean-Noel and his brother. However, terrible follow-up, lack of communication, unresponsive staff, did not keep the promise to prep the lamps for shipping or plugging for months, even though I paid by check rather than by credit to avoid fees to the company. They are supposedly knowledgeable about shipping but once the sale was done customer did not matter.

If you want to pay over double, go here. I bought a chandelier from here that was supposedly one-of-a-kind. It was $26k, but I picked it up for $19k. I did a price check, but it was hard to find. I later found it for $8k in Miami from Michele Contessa with $500 shipping. To return it to Jean-Marc was $4k, but they said they'd restock it for $2k. I talked to Jean, and lowering the restocking fee was all they offered. You're better off going somewhere else. I buy from Renner Project a lot and they're fair and great curators.

Ordered something from this co. through 1st Dibs that was completely misrepresented and they would not even consider giving me my money back. 1st Dibs did offer a refund but I am still responsible for 600 in shipping expenses. I spent 2200 on this coffee table that , in my opinion, wasn't worth the money and requested a refund which I was refused. Soon after I saw it in a local thrift store for $89.00, Which confirmed my assumption that it was a piece of junk. 4 weeks later it is still sitting in that local thrift store. See pic...
