I wish I could give 7/5 stars for this review, as my brilliant and savvy agent Tahnee Sauer went above and beyond for me to get me the place of my dreams. She was so flexible, fastidious, and attentive-- I have never felt so taken care of by someone in real estate. She even gave her good vibes and well wishes as I settled into my new spot weeks later.

Our realtor Victoria Martinez was such a breath of fresh air when it came to helping us find our new home. She went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and more importantly she found exactly what we wanted. She kept us well informed and had great communication. Brittany Godfrey, a realtor with JB Goodwin, attempted to enter our home without a confirmed appointment. She contacted us the day before asking for a time confirmation and that she would be in touch with us 15 minutes before they showed up. She gave us a range of time and we asked her to confirm a more concrete time as we both work from home and need to schedule meetings out of the way so we can leave before the showings for privacy. Brittany ghosted us. We tried to contact her again asking for a time confirmation to which we got no reply. We assumed she backed out and did not rearrange our schedule or prepare the home. The next day she shows up unannounced with prospective buyers trying to get in. She called our landlord asking for the lockbox to be put out, which it would have been if she had confirmed with us. Had she given us the 15 minute heads up she promised, we could have accommodated her. However, had the lock box been outside, she would have accessed our home without warning which is strictly against TREC rules. I reached out to her agency about the incident and they got her information from me but I never got an update. We never received any kind of communication from Brittany either. I would not recommend this agent or agency, as they are unprofessional and predatory.

I loved working with Christine Moline and want to recommend her as my seller’s agent. She was unfazed by the challenges of pricing a home in my zone-defying, brand-new neighborhood, and she nailed the price for my property that came with attached rental units. Her hard work marketing the home and her creative strategies to hook a buyer earned me a full-priced offer. We closed last week and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Megan Behrens is an absolutely fantastic realtor! Our realtor was Suzanne Bishop. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for us, she did an amazing job in understanding our needs perfectly and working with our schedule.
The communication was spot on and extremely prompt, we enjoyed every moment of our collaboration with her. Even though the process of finding the perfect home for us was a stressful bumpy road due to the market in these times, it was well worth it with Suzanne by our side.
She went above and beyond to ensure our closing process goes as smoothly as possible and we cannot even say how happy we were at the end of it all.
