I’ve been coming to Jared’s for years and have always had great experiences. When I thought they couldn’t top my previous visits, they did! Sid took care of me, and did a fantastic job. He took his time in explaining in detail how to upgrade my current wedding ring. He showed me all of the options of diamonds and how they would look in my current band. They took care of swapping out the diamonds and un-sauntering my set in-house and it was done quickly. I have the wedding ring of my dreams! Thank you Sid!!

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped me, but regardless he was SO kind and helpful! I came in just needing to find out measurements for my engagement ring and not only did he gladly help me with that, he also offered to clean my ring, which after cleaning looked BEAUTIFUL!

Always a kind, courteous and time efficient experience when I come into get my watch bands resized and batteries replaced; plus I was given a very reasonable/affordable quote to replace the quartz on one of my older MK cases. I’ve always been assisted well and generously by whomever was behind the counter; but Sid today really knocked it out of the park and, due to my brief but longer than usual wait, offered to allow me a complimentary resizing due to the fact I was without my debit card to make my usual donation to St. Jude’s.
That said—hey Jared! (Or, rather corporate.) I think the new 59.99 you plan to charge for link removal/addition to watch bands is a huge, huge disappointment to those of us who appreciated the charitable contributions to a good cause—and frankly? When I’ve had bands resized in less than 5 minutes—to charge much of anything, let alone 60 bucks? As much as I appreciate the people at this location and the time they’ve provided to me and my timepieces, it is safe to say I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. I understand you’re a business, but those kids and that nonprofit deserve whatever we customers can afford to offer—and even if it’s only $20-30 for the 15 minutes (tops) it takes to get bands resized, that 15 minutes frankly doesn’t constitute $60 worth going straight to the business (given, I imagine, no “commission” or independently contracted bonus is cut from that amount to the people actually performing the work). Please do not make the mistake in enforcing this new cost—it’s unbecoming, at best. Dumb, terribly shortsighted and greedy at worst.
Any way, thank you Sid and everyone on the team of Jared’s at this location! But “Jared”, do better! And maybe take note of the hospitality and consideration these folk offer every day and apply it to your future business decisions.

Updated June Post: The engagement ring experience has deteriorated with this Jared. There have been two main events that have made our experience unpleasant and disheartening. After choosing a diamond, my boyfriend proactively reached out to James and Raven to inquire if it had been delivered, to find that it had been. Had he not inquired, we are unsure of how long the diamond would have been sitting without receiving a notice. After buying this diamond outright, sight unseen due to an “unprecedented sale”, and being assured the diamond could be returned within 30 days if we did not like it, we discovered in real time in-store that the diamond sent and presented to us was not our diamond, but instead a diamond 5x the cost and of lesser quality. This ring was presented with fanfare and confidence by James and Raven. The diamond was not reviewed before our appointment, causing an additional week delay in reviewing and a complete souring of a joyous moment. We left the appointment, without a diamond, embarrassed, uncomfortable, and hurt. James and Raven are both very kind people and were extremely apologetic, but this left us feeling awful and anxious about returning for future appointments.
When we finally reviewed and approved our purchased diamond, we moved on to the ‘CAD’ or the molded setting process. Our ring setting design is sent out, created by a lab, and returned to the store for review. We were told this process would take some weeks, and never quite got a true ‘due date’ for when this CAD would be available. My boyfriend proactively reached out to James and Raven to inquire about the CAD completion, to find that the CAD had been completed and he had not been notified. Again, we are reaching out rather than being notified. The morning of our appointment to review the CAD molding, we received a text from James stating that the appointment needed to be rescheduled as the CAD was not picked up from the lab, and the lab was closed the day of our appointment. This is the second quality assurance check that has been missed with our ring and another disappointing setback with a milestone appointment.
Upon the original diamond mix up, James and the head store manager (Sid?) were extremely apologetic and upfront James and Raven are very kind and convincing salespeople, but my partner and I are beginning to lose faith in this process and this experience. We were initially very excited and thrilled to be partnered with James and Raven, but now want this experience to be over as soon as possible. We feel that the ring will be beautiful and worth all of this strife, but cannot say that this has been a pleasant process.
Original April Post: Raven is an absolute gem (no pun intended). She is helping my boyfriend and I design our rings and she has provided a masterclass. We came in close to closing and she spent nearly 1hr with us and gave us an excellent base lesson in diamonds. We came in for a follow up appointment that she knocked out of the park, helping us personalize and encouraging us the entire way. Everyone is extremely friendly and we cannot wait to continue to work together!

James was amazing. He helped us with every aspect of our visit, which included purchases, updating a piece of jewelry, repairs, and jewelry cleaning. He was professional and thorough. We arrived in the store an hour before closing for some minor repairs, and ended up finding a lovely ring, so we were there longer than we had intended. James never made us feel rushed. It was a great experience. Jared’s has been our go to jeweler for quite a while due to their impeccable service.

The Jared Jewelers on William Cannon knocked it out of the park for me and my wife. The consultation was smooth and transparent and I left with an engagement ring that blew my wife away. We returned for the wedding bands and once again the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Recently went in for a cleaning and inspection. I had a new watch I needed help resizing the bracelet and the store associate who assisted me was incredible. He was friendly and knowledgeable and resized my bracelet as a courtesy. The service level you receive here really is on another level.
