I’ve become a JA Addict over the past couple of months. I started shopping at the Pflugerville location because it’s closer to home for me, but I much prefer the ambiance at Tech Ridge location. The ladies here at Tech Ridge JA always greet me with a warm welcome and they are super helpful and patient. So far I had the pleasure of being assisted by Christy, Stacy, Rose, Vannessa, Toni, and the manager (sadly forgot her name). Thank you ladies for being amazing and I contributing to my addiction!

Stopped in around 4:00 today to buy a couple of things. Mind you - nothing is a necessity at James Avery. The line in the store was pretty long, but we waited patiently. I had written down the item numbers on the paper, in order to be as helpful as possible. By the time it was our turn, I really needed to use the ladies room. Now, bear in mind - I've shopped at this very location for almost 15 years. I've never been denied using the restroom. And it's not like I wasn't about to buy something. But the young woman clearly had an attitude. She brought the wrong items and I did not have the patience to deal with walking through the store to show her what I wanted. Walked out and will not be back any time soon. There are better locations without children with attitudes working there.

Not at all happy with the customer service. The workers didn’t welcome us in or ask if we had questions or needed help. Once I proceeded to the desk the lady’s behind the counter began whispering then continued to not say a word to me other than when I asked a question. I’ve never had a bad James Avery experience but i would say this store was the first. Not recommended

Our check out lady was the sweetest!!! I believe her name was Gayle. She didn’t make us feel rushed just because it was busy so I appreciate her so much for being so kind and helpful :)

After experiencing bad customer service a previous James Avery i called this location spoke to someone over the phone who was very helpful answering my questions, showed up to the location immediately was greeted and helped out by Stacy great customer service i recommend making your purchases at this location!
