Update: I called the number below and someone wrote down my experience and said someone would contact me soon. They were about to hang up when I asked how would they be able to reach me because he never took down my name or contact information. He said “oh right” and then asked for my info. It’s been a few weeks now and I haven’t heard a thing. It seems like the person who replied to my review lied too. They will lie to you when they’re preparing your taxes, then they lie to you about trying to make it right.Original review: They guarantee refund advances but forget to mention that it depends on a credit check by a third party bank. Their fees are twice as high as H&R Block. I only filed here because I was guaranteed funds in 24 hours.
