They had the audacity to tell me I'd have to pay out of pocket to get my taxes done. Isn't the whole point for them to do it and then take their fees out of my return? When I mentioned that they lied to me and said there was no way they could verify how much I was getting back.Which considering I was able to figure out how much I was getting back without being a tax professional I know they were lying. Considering the lies, I could never trust this company unless something is done about this.

I went to the Jackson Hewitt on Airport Blvd and my tax Pro RaeVen McKinly helped me with my taxes. She was very honest and I like that she did very good job.

Thank you Raven for your help. I received my 2021-2022 tax refund. On Airport Boulevard in Austin, Texas. Is where Raven Jackson Hewitt agent took her time dealt with me calling the IRS office and my confusion she saw on my face. My Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ The Messiah Bless you.

This tax season was my first time filing taxes, and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. RaeVan, was very accommodating and explained the steps in depth to make sure I was aware of what was being submitted.
