Been coming here for years. The normal woman who runs the counter is fantastic. Younger woman with glasses this morning. Told me to my face a jacket that’s I’ve physically brought in multiple times has never been brought in when I’ve literally never seen her. She became adamant and I️ chose to utilize another dry cleaner. Will be moving all my needs.

Don't bring your clothes here! Terrible service and they treat your clothing even worse than they treat you. They wrecked my wedding reception dress and didn't even bat an eye.

We brought my husband’s favorite jacket to have the worn out zipper replaced. The replacement is perfect it was done in a timely manner and just in time for our freezing weather. Thank you.

The last time I used jack brown cleaners was back in the 1990's in Cedar park they lost 3 of my expensive shirts the only thing they did for me was they gave me some coupons with a very small discount. that I never used and never went back! until 12/08/23 Since Jack Brown Cleaners is 2 miles from my home at the HEB shopping center Leander.12/08/23 I brought in 12 shirts all shirts laundry two black and 10 white shirts starch only on the white shirts and I needed all french cuff's flat press. the older woman said we don't do that i demanded it! it a simple task and she said they won't read the request. i asked are you going to count my shirts again she said we don't count. Trying give Jack Brown cleaners a chance but that woman had a bad attitude not very friendly. When I received a text from Jack Brown my cost was $67.99. ready for pick up. I picked up my shirts. Tuesday 12/12/23 i ask the same woman why am I being charged $67.99? she look up the order they dry-clean the two black shirts $22.00 but why would they starch the black shirts they should of lanundry . and the white shirts french cuff's were folded &pressed and they tried to correct their mistake all the white shirts are a mess including the collars the way they were pressed. the two black shirts they starched the shirt tags said machine wash I could not express enough all shirts laundry white shirts starch & flat french cuffs. I'll never use Jack Brown Cleaners again. they hire people that cannot read and most likely they don't speak english. Jack Brown Cleaners has zero quality customer care I'll never, never, never, never use jack brown cleaners again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the second time this month I have picked up an article that looks worse than when I brought it in. The pants are so wrinkled that I have to iron them myself just to wear them. Happened with my wife's blouse last time. Terrible job.

I have used this location on South Congress for many years, but I recently left a $420 church vestment in their care and it came back dirty, so I asked them to try again. When I picked it up, no one said anything about having bleached it to the point it can no longer be used. I used their online form on June 20th to reach out about it and have gotten nothing but spam emails ever since. Be ware that they take no responsibility at all for ruining whatever you take to them.

As a dry cleaner my sports jacket and hoodie were cleaned well and effectively. I don’t have complaints about their capabilities on that front. My clothes came back clean and not messed up which is all I can ask for. Quick turnaround, it only took 1 day to clean the items and have them ready and I didn’t spend extra for that speedThere is the pricing issue though. Online and in store there is no list of how much any service will cost. For 2 items, a suit jacket/sports coat, and a hoodie the cost was 26.20. 9.50 got the sports coat and 14.70 for the hoodie. If I knew it was that much I wouldn’t have gone here.Overall did good enough work but the work wasn’t so good that it was superior to other dry cleaners. They were quick though so if I need something fast I may go to them again but overall it was good but a bit pricey

Pros: worked hard to get my clothes turned around after my normal cleaners had one of their machines go down.Cons: my shirts smell like chemicals from my fuel tank were basted onto them and dried, and they’ve burned the collars around two of my shirts. Now to find out if they’ve got the integrity to do what’s right about it.

Yiiiiiiikes. I rarely write reviews but my god, I just spent $150 to dry clean 9 pieces of clothing and get two clasps re-sewn ?? - easily worth more than the clothing itself. Not only that but they are incredibly nontransparent about pricing - they wouldn't give me an estimate on a simple alteration (sewing a loose clasp back on). I wouldn't have agreed if I knew it would cost $25 for that one job (which with a sewing machine takes 25 seconds I'm sure). The cherry on top: they didn't even complete the alteration right - in fact they didn't do anything at all so guessI paid $25 for nothing?I've literally been robbed at knife point before but somehow this felt worse.

DO NOT COME HERE. I took my boyfriends ***BRAND NEW*** suit here to be dry cleaned and it shrunk significantly (to the point that his foot can no longer fit in the pant leg) and the suit has pilling all over. We spoke with the manager and not only did she blame the manufacturer but she was very rude/unprofessional and simply said to email corporate with our concern. This is a very expensive suit from a reputable company.

Coat had a coffee stain and when I received it back it looked shiny and bright.
