I came to this Domain J. Crew when I found a $50 gift card I almost disposed of. I'd verified online before going to the store to ensure the card was still valid and even went directly to the cashier to also confirm the full amount. I was watched the entire time I browsed the store. Never offered any assistance, just monitored from a distance. I guess I don't look like a "typical" J. Crew shopper. I will never return to the location.

I tried on a couple different styles of jeans but really needed a petite size, which was not available in store. The sales associate was very pushy, trying to get me to place an order online in the store. I repeatedly told him "no thank you". The interaction ended when I was in the middle of a sentence and he abruptly said "bye bye" and walked away from me. All in all, it was a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

I usually wouldn't review a retail store but the service here was 10/10. Mr.Truong in the dressing room was extremely helpful. My boyfriend usually doesn't enjoy shopping for clothes, but he loved getting Mr. Truong's input and advice!! Definitely will be back again!

I like J Crew. Their clothes rule. I got two pairs of perfect leggings for like 20 dollars each at the Outlet Store. If I go back to get more clothes I want shoes.

Terrible experience. Long line at cashier. Only one clerk. The other employees floating the store. Get over to the register! I will not be back. Coffee spill by a customer and clerk completely stops her computer work even though she is not helping clean. Gosh! Send help!

My husband and I love coming to the domain, I always make time to stop at J.Crew, and normally the customer service is pretty good but today I couldn’t believe the attitude we got not from one but two girls. They were rude and didn’t help me at all. The one girl in the fitting room looked me up and down and heard me request a room but straight up ignored me. I stood there for about a minute and she couldn’t be bothered to help. We ended up leaving without buying the stuff that I liked. Disappointed.

This store is great, workers are great. But when are they going to be accommodating for plus size shoppers. Every time I make a return, they ask if I want to try something on in the store. I would love to, they very clearly don’t carry my size (the size of the average American woman). Also, any time I go to the sale section, everything is XXS, XS, and S. One day the buyers at J. Crew are going to realize they make way more margin off the plus sized customer. Until then, they want to have their cake and fat shame it, too.

I shop at J.Crew frequently as this is one of my son's favorite stores (all my money with this kid seems to go to Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers and J.Crew). Because it is back to school time, I once again purchased school clothes from this retailer for my 13 year old. I purchased on-line this year during tax free weekend as opposed to going into the store because of COVID and because I was able to save an additional 10% with this retailer on-top of the tax free incentive by shopping via my Capital One Credit card app. When I go in the store with my son, we are always greeted warmly, and my son is able to get his pants and shirts tailored on-site as necessary. I understand that J.Crew is going through financial difficulties like many retailers around the globe. However, to keep customers, they are stepping up their game a bit and sending little 'thank you' notes in their packaging now. I appreciate this little sentiment as I feel that it adds a personal touch. J. Crew, thank you for the quality clothing and for keeping it classy.
