“I have been Charles Schwab customer for a long time and always had a great experience with their customer service! This time I had to deposit a large check and was running a little late leaving work. This branch was closing doors at 5:00 PM and I showed up 10 min before that. There were no customers and door was locked already. As my last resort I knocked on the door and was pleasantly surprised when the branch manager came out, opened the door and gladly helped me to deposit my check!Thank you Charles Schwab!”

“John is everything you want in a broker: Excellent communicator, has a calm demeanor, and knows how to get a deal to the closing table, no matter what it takes. I have enjoyed working with him thoroughly, and we've even formed a relationship outside of business/deals! 10/10 recommend!”

“I contacted Tuyyo Planning Group with some questions about retirement account rollovers and spoke with Luis. Not only was he incredibly responsive but he went above and beyond by providing advice for a few tax-related factors I had not considered. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable!”

“I have been with Fox Alliance Wealth Management for 10 years and 5 years ago I began using their Tax Preparation services. They are only the 3rd Tax service I've used in my life, starting with my 1st job in 1970. They do use a person (person to gather up all my income, K1's, charitable deductions, property taxes, etc.. that I give to them in a shoebox full of receipts - unsorted/organized) to gather (organize) for their CPA staff. It is very automated for me (retired) as my situation doesn't change much year to year. My income is $250k+ and is complicated due to prior investments with carry forward issues. They give me a cover letter summary 1 page of my return and what changed + or - year over year. Net overall Federal tax is 12% as they take advantage of every legal/allowable deduction. Then I Get a report that compares current year (2023) with the past 2 so I see clarly what has changed. Their staff is very responsive. I now live out of state but even when living in Austin there was never any reason to meet with the CPA (still have never). I'm not sure why Jodi/Myra (same person? too coincidental??) are so upset. If they want a tax planner - someone to advise/consult with the best tax advantaged investments or other legal tax advantaged options, they need to consult the with Wealth Advisory side, who I also highly recommend. My experience has been 5 star with both.”

“Rachel, David, and Scott have been absolutely incredible in supporting my husband and me with our financial planning. As homeowners with two kids, balancing everything can feel overwhelming, but their guidance has made a significant difference. They've provided us with clear options and a solid path forward. Their dedication and support when it comes to stocks, budgeting and planning for the future have been invaluable, and I am forever grateful for their help! I would highly recommend.”

“I needed help on an account and Alberto Sandoval was patient and so kind in assisting me to accomplish what was needed. I had not gotten a tax form and I should be able to get one soon. I really appreciate his passion for taking care of me and my family.”

“A couple weeks back, I was about to find another place to bank. Then, I spoke with someone who explained my complaints were caused by a 3rd party. Turns out, that's likely the case..Earlier this week, I literally got robbed at 7-11. They handled canceling my card in like 2 seconds. Today, I discover my wallet is missing..in panic, I show up at 5:15. Doors are locked but I had just sprinted a mile to get there on time (thought it was 530) for some reason. And wouldn't you know it hey? As much of a jerk as I was a few weeks back and they let me squeeze in. Never had any complaints about the staff...all are excellent”

“My visit to greater Texas credit union was very pleasant. I felt like I could not ask for better assistance. Steve and Ashley helped me to close my husbands account. This was not the best of times for me because it was because of just death that I had to close his account. I was grateful for the courtesy and restpect. I was very pleased”

“I want to give a shout out to Brian Armstrong who provided exceptional customer service at the front desk. He was taking care of three people at once. Two of which were older ladies whose sense of entitlement, snarky remarks and overall rudeness would have made anyone crack under pressure. Not Brian, he continued to solve their problems and my own while addressing us in a very courteous manner. I truly believe he should be recognized in some way.”
