This branch was closing doors at 5:00 PM and I showed up 10 min before that. There were no customers and door was locked already. “A couple weeks back, I was about to find another place to bank. Then, I spoke with someone who explained my complaints were caused by a 3rd party. Turns out, that's likely the case..Earlier this week, I literally got robbed at 7-11. They handled canceling my card in like 2 seconds. Today, I discover my wallet is missing..in panic, I show up at 5:15. Doors are locked but I had just sprinted a mile to get there on time (thought it was 530) for some reason. And wouldn't you know it hey? As much of a jerk as I was a few weeks back and they let me squeeze in. Never had any complaints about the staff...all are excellent”
