After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

“First of all, the people who work at the T-Mobile in the Hancock center are dismissive, prejudicial, and unhelpful jerks. Now this is not the Hancock Center.
These guys are great. Often this store is seen to be open long after close. This is because they don't throw everyone out the moment the clock strikes 8. They spend time with you for as long as it takes to get your issue or purchase resolved. They're very kind and efficient if you need to be out fast.
They're also clearly all friends with each other creating an air of welcomeness that warmly invites you upon arrival and keeps you engaged throughout.
On top of everything else they're extremely knowledgeable and not just of the technology, they have a great grasp on what deals are not only available but applicable to your purchase.
They also make sure they've explained all things pertinent to your purchase and service before letting you go. They don't make you feel rushed not a burden when you come in late.
I actually did not want to go back to using T-Mobile service bc of how awful their online and phone support are. However bc this store exists and I can bring my concerns to them, I have decided to go back. Cheers!”

I believe the person who assisted me was Becky, she was wonderful. She has a new hire, Jonathan, shadowing her and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was set to go!
