OUTstanding supply, research and careful detail that Daniel takes to find the best and most feeble printer cartridges for you. He even offers to deliver long distance (SchertzTX!) and down the road five miles. Stellar customer service and I absolutely recommend Ink and Toner station.

What a remarkable place! Daniel declined to sell me the cartridges I was seeking, telling me where I could find them more cheaply, but making clear he'd be pleased with any future maintenance, refill, or other business in the ink, toner, printer realm. He can be sure of that.He also followed up by text on a separate query with a tutorial on installation and navigation of the HP ecosystem. Ink & Toner could also offer tutorials on customer service. First class and then some. I'll be back.

Not sure if you are like me and had no idea how much money and time you could save by dealing with a company owned and operated by a human who actually knows what they are doing with printers and networks. Roberto has been a godsend for us. He has been our go to for ten years and my only regret is I did not write a review sooner. Thank you for all the years of savings and troubleshooting. Roberto is the owner. I could stop there because it begins and ends with his service and commitment to his customers. I am lucky to have had the benefit of his services for at least a decade. I have saved so much money based on his products and also his advice. If you are using an inefficient product, he will tell you, recommend new machines or ink and you will save hand over fist. I hope you do, I have. Thanks for all the years of great service.

This is the shop where everyone should get their ink and printer supplies!
After having several issues at other big box stores with remanufactured ink cartridges (because of HP's corrupt and deceiving tactics), I found this shop that's lead by someone who is actually knowledgeable about printers.
Robert actually knew what I was talking about when I inquired about his ink cartridges working with HP's dirty software updates, and he is actually up to date with the situation.
I purchased all four ink colors from him a few weeks ago, and they have been working wonderfully and are still full even after several pages of printing! Not even HP original cartridges work this well.
Needless to say, I will keep purchasing my ink from this shop for as long as I live in or around Austin!
P.S.- HP inkjet sucks, buy something else!

Great business. Friendly and great prices. While buying toner, I asked him about a recurring spot on my prints, and he cleaned the spot off the drum for free. Plus, recycling cartridges is a great solution for reducing plastic waste. I'm a repeat customer and have only great things to say about this business.
