I recently brought some of my workwear to Imogene and Willie in Austin to have custom stitching done, and the entire experience was phenomenal. From the quality of the craftsmanship to the incredible customer service, they truly impressed me.
Scott took care of the stitching, and his attention to detail was unmatched. The quality of his work was absolutely flawless—every stitch was precise, and the final result completely exceeded my expectations. Peyton was equally amazing, helping me choose the perfect design to complement my workwear. Their expertise and creative input made the process easy and enjoyable.
Not only was the quality outstanding, but the speed at which they completed the work was remarkable. I was expecting a much longer turnaround, but they had everything finished in no time.
If you need custom stitching or alterations, I highly recommend Imogene and Willie. The team there is skilled, professional, and a joy to work with—I’ll definitely be back!

This was by far one of the best retail experiences I’ve had , especially shopping for denim , which is typically a challenge for me . The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got me in my perfect pair of jeans. The turn around time for hemming was under an hour, I was blown away. I will forever be an Imogene + Willie customer , my only regret is not finding out about them sooner.

10/10 amazing denim experience!! Kat took great care of me and as a shorter person I really appreciated the complimentary hem on-site! Definitely the only place I’ll ever buy my jeans again. Totally worth the cost.

It has now been around 50 days of wearing these jeans (no wash, raw denim) that I purchased at SXSW with the exceptional and kind help of Cameron.
I can say, unequivocally, that these are the best pair of jeans I have ever owned. There is no question as to the quality and the way they have worn in to fit me perfectly.
The attention to detail that Cameron gave to both myself and my partner (who also bought a pair or I+W) was unparalleled.
The jeans were hemmed for me in store and the specific attention to detail and fitting during the process of trying on several pairs made sure I had the perfect fit.
Regarding the pricing, you get what you pay for, and I honestly think that the jeans here are better than other jeans that cost way more.
These jeans can be worn with anything, dressed up or dressed down.
Quintessential Americana in a mom and pop store.
Couldn’t recommend higher. A++.

I didn't shop at the store. I ordered a Bolt T in White. Great fit. Plus ➕ Tvis next. Well made T and American made. Shipping was quick. I do highly recommend Imogene +Willie.

Glen and Heather went above and beyond with their customer service during my visit. They know the product well, can pick up the vibe you're going for, and pinned us to the perfect fit when we were trying on our jeans. Our alterations were done at light speed and with expert level of attention to detail. The store is immaculate. When I stopped by the next day to do some more shopping, Glen, Peyton and Liz were there. Peyton and Liz were equally friendly and attentive as Glen and Heather - not just to me, but to everyone stopping in. I'm so impressed by the crew here! The quality of the products speaks for itself, but the quality of the people makes the brand what it is. Thanks, y'all! Sending gratitude from Pittsburgh!

The clothing was well done and the styles were fitting for what's trendy now but my wife and daughter felt the prices were far too high, I didn't mind spending the money but they felt they could get more for less elsewhere so that's what we did.
So while not a five star for me if your into this brand and price doesn't matter compared to value then it's a great place.

I was so excited to see this brand has an ATX location!! Their clothes are amazing and feel so good on. The shopping experience was one of the best I’ve had in a while though. Friendly, helpful gals helped me find the perfect fit. I’ll never wear cheap jeans again!
