Home insurance coverage and disclosures are never discussed in detail. I have cracked foundation which the Evelyn office declined and says not covered. This was disclosed only when I brought up the issue with the office. Mr. Juan is the official who insured my property along with my auto policy. Why is this not disclosed before. I have referred few customers to them because of all nice talk he did. Be aware of the deductible in your policy.

The agency seems to be ok. I just seem to have a lot of problems with different Allstate agents calling me even though I am already with Allstate. It is getting irritating. What bothers me most is that my agent asks me to waste my time to give them the information about who called me. Seems a bit backward, they should know who their customers are so their own agents don’t call existing customers. Also their IT system seems to be screwed up when I get my auto insurance bill and the email says it is due August 15, but their app says it is due September 15.Update: 3-18-2022. The calls from other Allstate agents stopped after I told enough of them that I already had Allstate. Also their app has improved a great deal. I actually like it quite a bit. I am leaving Allstate as my insurer. I was quite happy with the service, but my premiums kept going up even without any claims. I would have preferred to keep at least one policy with Allstate, but all insurers make that choice impossible. They take away discounts if you don’t bundle policies. I guess that is just how it is in the insurance industry.

We have now been with Allstate for over a year. We originally chose Allstate, and our specific agent, due to good reviews and for the overall savings we received in our bundled policies. Recently, I experienced an auto accident that required me to file a claim. Allstate handled all aspects of the process professionally and responsively using what seems to be a more efficient, newer procedure. So far, we're very satisfied with Evelyn Murphy and the Allstate team.

I've been an Allstate Vehicle Insured customer for over a decade with Evelyn Murphy, Allstate. Most recently they inquired about looking into my home owners insurance and comparing against my current provider. Kendall Rhodes, headed absolutely everything. She was attentive, responsive, professional and ultimately was able to increase my coverage and lower payment by 50%. I'm not one to traditionally make quick decisions based off my insurance, but Kendall made the process fluid and an easy decision as well as orchestrated everything from the cancellation of my current to the initiation of my new through my mortgage company. Thanks again Kendall for making this such an easy and lucrative change.

I have been so impressed by Evelyn and her team at Allstate now for several years.. Her communication and care for her clients is outstanding, personal, and truly first-class. She has always offered an honest sense of where and how I could save money and get the coverage that I truly need (not what she wants to sell). But most importantly, when I did have a problem and a claim to submit -- she was there for me and my family immediately. With the most recent storms in Texas (2/21), I was the first among all my friends and family to have a claim filed. And this is due to Evelyn and her team. These folks are true professionals -- with a heart.

Made the switch to this location provider from a big 1800number insurance office. When I need to update or ask a question, a real person answers the phone. That would be worth it to pay a higher premium —but I saved money too!
