I made more money this year than I did last year and got triple the refund by NOT using H&R Block. I won't ever come here again. RIP GLEN, YOU ARE VERY MISSED. YOU WERE THE ONLY REASON I EVEN CAME TO THIS BUSSINESS IN THE FIRSTPLACE AS YOU WERE THE BEST

This H&R Block was the worst tax return experience I have ever had! I took two weeks for preparer Diana to initially reach out to me even after several calls and messages. She then transferred me to Gladys who was helpful. However, the manager Patty took my original tax documents and allowed it to be shredded or so they "assume" happened to my documents. The incompetence & unprofessionalism was astonishing. I felt ignored and uncomfortable with my personal information. Avoid H&R Block!

We made an appointment and after waiting for 1 hour the tax preparer told us that he couldn't meet with us. We had to reschedule our appointment. Overpriced and waste of time.

I always do my taxes at this location the last 7 years I buy the insurance they offer and everything just in case I need help one day this past year they do my taxes wrong and after 6 months I'm still here waiting for my reimbursement I talked to the manager for this location and he send me to the location on Slaughter Lane the people from Slaughter Lane tell me they don't do my taxes so need to go back to William Cannon I go talk to the manager again and send him an emails and they just keep ignoring me they always told me if they do something wrong they help me but that's not true is their mistake and they don't help me I'm not recommend this place at all
