The folks here were able to get us in quickly for Mani and Pedi's. When a customer became a problem they quickly took care of it to insure that our experience was relaxing. We will 100% go back to support them.

I'm not into the fancy, painted nails. I love a really good pedicure. The kind where you look at your feet afterwards and throughout the day and say, "wow!" I have really neglected my feet and was in dire need of a pedicure. Thursday night I did a search on Yelp and found Hooky with really good reviews. I called Friday morning for an appointment. She asked what time I needed, I asked for the next earliest. She said, "can you come now?" I said I can be there in 15 minutes. I'm so glad I took a chance. It's just minutes from my house (another plus). The technician did a great job! I'll have to find the card she gave me and add her name to this review because she was fantastic!

I live in the neighborhood and have been using Hooky nails for years. The staff is very pleasant and the salon is clean. If other clients haven't been happy here, perhaps it's because some of the staff don't speak much English, while others including the owner speak English just fine. It might help to find someone to express their concerns with. They do very nice and clean work, and keep their tools well sterilized. I have been in more expensive salons and ended up with nicks or fungus later. Not here! They're very kind and the salon may not be the fanciest, but very good, clean, and comfortable.

I've been looking for a good nail salon got a long time. I decided to give Hooky a try since I live nearby. They got my in right away as a walk in. The pedicure was super relaxing and they took their time. The place is pretty small so it was quiet which was nice. But my manicure is what stole the show! I have short nails so I think some techs struggle with that. But this is the best manicure I've had in YEARS! My tech was so detail oriented and she even went back and redid a nail because it didn't meet her standards. I couldn't be more thrilled about my experience and how great my nails look! This is my spot from now on!

My nails are beautiful, the customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was very quiet. The building is quite small and there wasn't a lot of people there so it was very relaxing.

I've been coming to this awesome place for years. The technicians for pros. I feel pampered every time I go. If you live in South Austin, this should be your spot. They are very kind at this spot and can do all the fancy nail stuff.

Love the brother (Effy) and sister that work here they make us laugh and are nice. Effy did my nails and he’s a true artist. Sue did my feet and they were fantastic. Such a relaxing massage
