I have had good experiences with Kerring four times now - including the purchase of a hospital bed. Manager James is very helpful and knowledgeable about products, and the staff have done well delivering, setting up, taking down, and moving the bed several times as my loved one’s facility has changed. Special kudos to Bobby C. - on time, friendly, took special care with a move today. And, took the time to teach me a few things in the process about the product to help me next time, certainly above and beyond.

I came into the store today shopping for a reliable blood pressure measuring device. They were all very friendly and helpful and asked questions to help me find the best device for my needs. They even demonstrated the device for me and made sure I was comfortable with it before I bought it. The personal service and attention to detail was great! I would definitely recommend them to others and not hesitate to return!

Connor from Kerring Group came over to replace parts to my Lift Chair and he did an amazing job. He surely earned his pay having to deal with all the technical wires he had to undo and hook up again to the new device. He was patient, very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company. Also, James in sales was terrific. He treated me right and went above and beyond the call of duty. I so appreciated that he worked with me and was always helpful and professional. I would rate Kerring Group with a 20 star if it were possible. James was super helpful. He was able to answer all our questions, which made our decision easier. We were totally at ease with him. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, and he didn’t try to sell us the most expensive or latest/greatest products. Rather, he seemed committed to finding the best equipment for our needs. I recommend The Kerring Group, too. They have a large selection of each kind of medical equipment. We’ve been happy with all of our purchases from them.

I injured my knee a day before my Austin trip. I was able to look up & reserve a wheelchair for the week. The staff was very friendly, professional, and ensured my needs were met before I left w/the wheelchair. I am very thankful that I was able to still enjoy my trip thanks to Home Medical Equipment by Kerring Group.

The Kerring Group provided a hospital bed for my mother. They answered all my questions and dealt with her doctor, Medicare, and her supplemental insurance. They were flexible with delivery times and everyone I talked with was very caring. My mother and I are extremely happy with the bed and I highly recommend them.

My mother has struggled for 5+ years to get a motorized power wheelchair. No DME business is central Texas was willing to help us. Kerring Group went above and beyond, not stopping or giving up until we were finally approved by Medicare. If you have had no success, please reach out to Kerring Group, they will not let you down. Even though I live 1 hr from their office, the phone calls and representatives went the extra mile to make it happen. Thankyou for giving my mother back a better quality of life with the freedom to get out more. Now we can travel again

Tldr: wasted 8 months of my life and the only thing I have to show for it is worsening health and more damage to my body.~~~~~~~~~~My case worker ignored me for months by sending all my emails to her spam filter. My ATP told me they were going to get the order in by the end of 2022 (which is what I needed because I had met my out of pocket). Didn't hear squat for 6 months. Finally got in touch with the owners: Kelly and Nick. Kelly said she'd be in touch and still hasn't been, weeks later.Nick did get in touch, aaaand blamed a chronically ill employee for dropping the ball. "If during the last couple months you would have called our main line and complained, we would have realized that you were still in need of our assistance." If I had called? No, if THEY had checked on their customer, they would have realized. And I never stopped needing help: my DNA didn't rewrite itself to magically fix my incurable genetic condition. "We do have systems in place to prevent clients from being missed." Well, apparently these are woefully inadequate."As a courtesy, we can offer you a loaner wheelchair to use at no cost to you or your insurance while you wait for us to finish the process." Nice thought, but ultimately they were unable to provide what I needed, supposedly due to "low reimbursement." I could have spent that time working with a vendor who was willing to provide what I needed.
