The order and structure of the aisles do not make much sense, causing confusion. Sometimes there is never an employee in sight when help is needed. The product quality can be inconsistent, with wood sometimes a bit damp, slimy, or having chips. Some hardware selections feel nickel-and-dimey without better options. Despite this, it remains a place with a decent selection and a dedicated team, described as the Toys R' Us for Blue Collar Americans where many get what they need under one roof.
