This is the reality of this pool they need to update the pool pictures of the hotel, really dirty they don’t clean it it all
We asked 4 times to be he manager if they will clean it and they lied to us, VERY DISSAPOINTED
SUMMER and with not pool!!!

Friendly staff and free breakfast was a nice bonus. We, however, had issues with the cleanliness of the room. We noticed dead roaches (in the bathroom and along the wall of the microwave). The bed curtains had stains which looked pretty fresh. We were in a room at the end of a hallway near an exit and noticed the area in the hallway had a hole in the ceiling leaking water (mostly understandable, there had been a rain storm), but smelled of gas, which was concerning. Overall, would likely not return to this location specifically as I feel I could’ve gotten much better value in terms of cleanliness somewhere else.

Rooms seemed outdated. I booked a king size with sofa and got two queen beds instead. Bathroom ceilings were peeling . Stains were on comforter and a sock was found near bed. We got locked out of our room so front desk helped with scanning new ones .Breakfast was good

So I left my bag in the hotel room and didn't realize it until I was at the airport. The staff was very helpful in securing my bag and then boxing it up so I could schedule a FedEx pick up. Very grateful for their help and going above and beyond.
My only critique is that it's close to the interstate and a bit noisy for my liking. But a great value.

I have been pleasantly surprised. From the reception to the clean smell of the room, my wife and I were satisfied. Excellent Hotel.

Thank you to the staff here. I have been coming here for a very long time and they are always very accommodating! Rooms are super clean, the hotel is safe to park at and they treat you like family! Love the cookies at check in!

It was fine. Check in and out was easy and the room was clean. No complaints. One thing I did like is the photo backdrop that is located by the first floor elevator!

Clean rooms, location close to shops, helpful staff. Moesha is friendly and professional. Great customer service from both ladies assisted with our check-in.
Rooms: Clean room felt very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I had no problem using the shower.
Walkability: Not close enough to walk to any restaurants.

The first room I was in (324) had roaches! I had to shake them out of my clothes, as well as roaches crawling on my coffee cup!
I'm glad I looked in my cup before I took a sip.
The room I was moved to (303), didn't have hot water and it smelled like salami.
I was also charged a pet deposit, when I have a service dog. they took the money off of the wrong card when they tried to fix their mistakes but I was already short $75.00 and will take forever to get reimbursed.
Now because of the inconvenience, I'm having to fix a lot of problems, as well as lack of sleep. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

My hotel room was extremely nasty to say the least. The carpet was sticky, and worst of all, there was a used towel hanging on my shower curtain. Yuck!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Room and bathroom were clean. There was a small sofa (loveseat) in the room. The breakfast buffet has lots of options.
