They have sale currently, and some items are for as low as $3! But you really gotta dig in and search for your size. Decent collection, for both men and women. Finally I found a h&m store without those long queues outside the fitting rooms. One top was kept in the “sale” area counter, but it wasn’t really on sale later when I went to the billing counter they said. Sad that I couldn’t get what I wanted to buy because it was a little cluttered and I couldn’t find my size. But I really liked the wall art on the staircase area.

Very weak AC, so it's super hot inside in May. Very slow checkout. The employee directed me to wait in a long check out line for online shopping pick up, but then when I was at the end of the line at the cashier, they told me I could have just asked an employee without waiting in line. Confusing and and time wasting experience.

By far the worst H&M I’ve ever been to based on the personal experience I had today. My 16 month old son and I went to the second floor to check out the children’s section. There was an older gentleman up there with white hair. He was organizing clothes and never greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. Instead he stared at us like we were in the way and he literally moved everything we touched as if we were messing up his store. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. He definitely made me feel like I was being “watched” simply for shopping.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited in line for the longest. There was initially 2 people working at the register and one left to go on break. I counted 19 people in line to 1 person at register. Ridiculous! What makes matters worst is the manager with pink hair did nothing to help. She continued to task and put away an apparel rack. The worst part is how hot it was! The entire line was complaining. Do better!
