This is a review for the Shay the employee working the breakfast shift on July 26th. Ever since I walked up to the breakfast area she was not welcoming and she point blank told me the options for breakfast and how much they cost. I’m staying at the hotel for work and I wasn’t sure if my company covered the cost of breakfast or not. I assumed it’s included with my two night stay.
The front desk agent was very nice and accommodating and approved me getting some of the items of the continental breakfast.
Shay the breakfast attendant kept literally bothering 5-6 times while I was sitting down constantly trying to either take some of the items away or silverware or the check. Super annoying and rude behavior and I heard her speak very nicely and friendly and respectful to the other guests eating and not hovering over them.
She needs a bit of training in customer service.

Great choice for an airport hotel. It has a complementary shuttle, and outdoor pool, and a reasonably stocked bar.

First thing we saw driving down the street, homeless at corner.
Granted, they were gone the next day but it's a known area for them.
We arrived on Thursday afternoon.
At hotel the ladies where pleasant, hotel room clean, big, with some good coffee in Keurig.
There's a mini gym, pool, conservatory area, restaurant, laundry area.
In a business area but several restaurants less then 20 min away.
Warning.. you will have to pay for daily parking thru a 3rd party.
Hotel only gives you the contact info.
$13.99 a day.
Rooms: Fridge, small freezer, Keurig coffee machine, long shelf for TV your belongings & area to work. You can bring your Roku / Fire stick/ chrome stick to plug into TV because all they have is cable.
There's room service option & no smoking.
We're on 5th floor.
Ok couch & bed, kinda squeaky but comfortable.
Closet with iron board, good iron, a few baskets for your clothes, several hangers, long mirror,
Good shower area.
Ask for a bigger trash can. They have a small one with a trash/recycle.. it's a waste especially with 2 people in the room.
AC/fan good control.
Several lights.
Food & drinks: There's a small lobby convenience store.
They sell the laundry soap, sheets, some meds, TV dinners, drinks, candy, chips etc.
There's a bar open until 11pm.

After calling the hotel 3 times, waiting for the every 30mins shuttle from the airport to not show up. Paid for an Uber to drive 1.2miles! Staff was not helpful at all!

This hotel is just a short drive from AUS Airport. They have a little restaurant in the hotel which is convenient breakfast buffet was $20. Was pretty standard to queen size beds Comfort level of the mattress was good. Front desk clerks were very pleasant and that's always great and appreciated.

Pretty nice hotel. Staff is friendly. They don’t have an airport shuttle. That’s the only negative.

The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and we had good water pressure. The breakfast situation is different than I am used to - you can pay separately for breakfast a few ways (nothing is inherently included): continental buffet (no hot items, $10), full buffet ($18) or menu service ($12-$18). The full breakfast buffet includes potatoes, eggs to order, access to an omelette, and a probably-rotating third side, like cheesey eggs or refried beans. The lobby has a separate office space, looks over the pool, and had lots of seating. Overall, folks were friendly and the shuttle to the airport is way better than paying $20 for an uber.

1. Would not let me check in because my wife made reservation.
2. Wake up call never recieved
3. No one at front desk when checking out. Purse, phone and cash laying on counter.
