I did some *light research* (read: Reddit & Google) for where to get my wedding ring set resized and not only did Hilderbrand deliver, they did it very quickly and affordably before any of the other jewelers I contacted even messaged me back. The owner of the shop did the work himself, and was very nice. He even asked if I wanted my white gold band to be more white looking for a better two tone set, because the original jeweler sent me a yellow-ish white gold band. Aces. BONUS: There is a shop English Bulldog named Willy, and I love him.

Went there for the first time today to get my ring resized and a diamond replaced in my wedding ring ( which I just sprung on them while I was there) and these guys are so awesome and FAST!!! After I dropped them off I was legit back less than an hour later to pick both rings up! Will definitely be returning!

Had an issue with my watch, they fixed it. Moved out of state and the problem popped back up a year later, they let me ship it back to them for repair at no charge. Can’t recommend highly enough.

These guys are great for jewelry repairs. They are usually pretty quick, the prices are reasonable, and they always do a great job. I'd definitely recommend these guys for ay sort of jewelry repair work you may have.

I researched many jewelers in the area because I needed a ring resized and decided to go with Hilderbrand Jewelers due to the stellar reviews. I'm so glad I did. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who got right down to business. He said he could have the ring resized no problem in about an hour and would charge me $50. I came back and the right was perfectly resized and cleaned! Another gentleman took my payment who was equally lovely to converse with. I would absolutely use Hilderbrand again for any other jewelry needs as they seem to be a high integrity business, fair prices and very customer focused - no bs involved that you sometimes get at other jewelers who are trying to make a pretty penny.

Wow! I called 10+ jewelers across Austin and glad I came across Hilderbrand. All I needed was a Quick tighten of engagement ring and everywhere I called either sent it away or 2+ weeks to even be seen! Van was very kind and quick to help! Thank you . Will be bringing more stuff by!

Parking - very large shared lot; plenty of room Service - very quick, professional, knowledgeable, good price Band options - they have different sizes of many different band sizes/styles so that you can see what band size you would like to cut an original down to. I was surprised they were able to resize my wedding ring and create two bands (out of my dads wedding band who passed) within an hour! We came 90 min later and they had cleaned and polished my ring, and the two bands were perfectly sized and polished too. They also returned the remaining gold from the original band. Now I can have my dad with me everyday in a fun modern twist. Wonderful job. Thank you. I'd come back here 100% if needed.

The stone in my engagement ring was loose. I took it to Hilderbrand, even though it wasn’t purchased there. They had the prongs tightened so fast, and even steam cleaned my ring for me. I was in and out in five minutes! They were so friendly and treated me very kindly.When we’re ready for our wedding rings, Hilderbrand will absolutely have our business.

New favorite jeweler! My favorite necklace broke so I called to see about repair. Dropped it off and picked it up the same day! ? Keep in mind this blew my mind bc in the past I've taken my broken jewelry to big name places like Tiffany's and they always had to ship it off for repair and it would take WEEKS to get back! Never again! To top it off, I forgot to give them the pendant for the necklace before it was repaired so I returned the next day and they fixed that at no additional charge. They've set a high bar for customer service in my book. Will return.
