Had a PS5 repaired after losing it to a recent storm. In less than a week Hi-Tech Gadgets diagnosed and fixed the issue. The communication was excellent and the repair cost very reasonable.

Was able to identify the issue with my Android, and repair within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy, advised also how my issue may have come up - from a bad car charger, my charging port got busted. Exceeded my expectations!

Had my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 cracked screen fixed. Excellent customer service and only took 2-3 days to get my tablet back. The price was better than other places I called prior to Hi-Tech. Will definitely be back should I have any phone/tablet issues! Thanks, Dino :)

Probably good for some easy replacement, but if you have more difficult problem with your laptop don't waist your time and money, you won't get any help in this place. They held my laptop almost two weeks and after that said sorry we can't find a part for replacement. If you need a good service try to send your device right away to manufacturer.

Customer service: 10/10. Phone was dropped off during my lunch break and ready to go after I got off. Very timely and flawless work as well. Much appreciated. Phone looked amazing after it was all said and done—which is saying a lot because it was very beat up. Also, purchased a great quality case for 15$. Great price and value. Work was relatively cheap as well. Thank you so much. 100% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. Front desk employee was also very friendly and pleasant. Nice clean store. I have been a customer of Hi-Tech for not even a full year, and I must say that Dino is an absolute gem as a business owner. I manage a business and we have a large inventory of phones that are constantly needing repaired and Dino has ALWAYS made sure to give me a fair price, and my devices are fixed in a timely manner as to not let if affect my operations. The service and pricing is unmatched by anyone in the Austin area and I cannot see myself using anyone else now, or in the future for any cell phone repairs. This man has replaced phone screens, iPads, back glass and camera issues and has impressed me every time. The man knows what he's doing! Be confident that your item will be taken good care of when Dino is open!

My son's laptop that was bought from Costco started having issues with the keyboard. The warranty required a repair quote to get an approval to get it fixed. I took it to other stores that wanted $100 plus just to inspect and give me a quote. The cost to look at it was going to be in addition to the repair cost.We brought the computer here and they charged us a very reasonable rate to give us a reasonable estimate. This cost was going to be added toward the repair if I choose to get it done here. They also gave a realistic time frame for it. We got an approval from Costco Credit Card Warranty for the repair.Highly recommend these guys for Laptop repairs. They know how to fix these delicate devices and are very professional.
